Abstract: A method includes collecting poll data, generating a poll database which includes the poll data, and publishing the poll database, such that the poll data is accessible to at least one interested party. A system is also provided, which includes a server connected to a computer network and a data management application which provide a set of functions. The functions include obtaining poll data, creating a poll database which includes the poll data, and publishing the poll database, such that the poll data is accessible to at least one interested party.
