Abstract: The present invention provides a plumbing fixture fitting having a spray mode with improved spray performance. The fitting includes a spray face. The spray face includes nozzles. The nozzles are operable to deliver water from the spray face in the form of a spray. The spray includes streamlets. A velocity of the spray is greater than approximately two-hundred fifty inches per second at a flowing pressure of approximately sixty pounds per square inch.
Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic plumbing fixture fitting with an electronic valve having a low seal force, such as an electronic faucet with an electronic valve having a low seal force.
Abstract: The present invention provides a pullout faucet with a mounting system that is easier to manufacture and assemble. The pullout faucet includes a cage and a mounting retainer. The mounting retainer is separately formed from the cage.
Abstract: The present invention provides a mounting system for a plumbing fixture fitting that provides a rigid mounting even when the plumbing fixture fitting has an extended height.
Abstract: The present invention provides a multifunction pivoting body spray whose diverter assembly is upstream of and operates independently of its pivot assembly.
Abstract: A water quality measurement apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises an electrochemical cell, a pH sensor, a temperature sensor, a control circuit, a power source, a database, and a warning device. The electrochemical cell comprises a working electrode, a reference electrode, and a counter electrode. The control circuit provides predetermined adjustable potentials between the reference electrode and the working electrode and measures electrochemical currents between the working electrode and the counter electrode, to form a current diagram based on the predetermined adjustable potentials and the electrochemical currents. The database stores predetermined reference diagrams based on various pH values and temperatures, and is in communication with the control circuit.
Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic plumbing fixture fitting, such as an electronic faucet. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting includes a wand hose and a hose bracket. The hose bracket is operable to connect to a mounting shank and to the wand hose. The hose bracket is operable to position the wand hose between a mixed water outlet of a flow module and an inlet of the mounting shank such that a portion of the wand hose extends in a loop between the hose bracket and the inlet of the mounting shank. When installed, the hose bracket is in direct contact with the wand hose between the mixed water outlet of the flow module and the inlet of the mounting shank.

Abstract: The present invention provides a quick connect coupling with a retention feature that resists inadvertent disconnection of the coupling in a pressurized state.
Abstract: The present invention provides a plumbing fixture fitting with a rectangular spout tip and opening with a removable flow restrictor and stream straightener.
Abstract: The present invention provides a plumbing fixture fitting having a spray mode with improved spray performance. The fitting includes a spray face. The spray face includes nozzles. The nozzles are operable to deliver water from the spray face in the form of a spray. The spray includes streamlets. A velocity of the spray from each of the streamlets is greater than approximately two-hundred fifty inches per second at a flowing pressure of approximately sixty pounds per square inch. In exemplary embodiments, each of the streamlets has a substantially uniform width along an entire length of the streamlet, an average unbroken length of the streamlets is greater than approximately two inches at a flow rate of approximately thirty-seven thousandths gallons per minute, and a splash created from the spray is less than approximately twenty percent at approximately one and a half gallons per minute.
Abstract: The present invention provides an adjustable body spray including an adjustable spray assembly and an adjustable mounting assembly that, alone or in combination, ensure proper alignment of components of the body spray and adequate sealing between the components.
