Patents Assigned to MONLIZ LLC
  • Patent number: 12592106
Abstract: Disclosed is a vehicle tuning and calibration system and associated methods for diagnosing and correcting issues involving vehicle performance, driving characteristics, and/or driver assist features. The system includes multiple sensor packages with connectors for mounting a different sensor package to a different wheel of a vehicle. Each sensor package includes sensors that generate measurements for a positioning and movements of the wheel onto which that sensor package is mounted. The system also includes a controller that receives the measurements generated by the sensor packages mounted to the different wheels of the vehicle. The controller generates a user interface with visual representations that are derived from the measurements. The visual representations may identify toe, camber, caster, and other alignment issues detected for different wheels, adjustments to correct the detected issues, and positions and orientations at which to place targets relative to the vehicle for vehicle sensor calibration.

  • Publication number: 20260078993
Abstract: A system, device, and associated methods are disclosed for obtaining and visualizing positions and measurements through obstructions. The device receives signaling from a wireless transceiver that is moved to different positions within an obscured pathway or space. The device converts the signaling into three-dimensional (3D) positions based on properties of the signaling changing upon arrival at the device from the different positions, and maps the 3D positions to corresponding positions about an image or a 3D model of the obscured pathway or space. The device presents a visualization of the 3D path at positions about an image or model of the obstructed pathway or space that correspond to the measured positions.

  • Publication number: 20250264329
Abstract: A vehicle service system and associated methods perform leveled automotive service over unlevel surfaces. The system maps the ground surface on which a vehicle is to be serviced, verifies whether the ground surface or the vehicle over the ground surface is level based on the mapping, and adjusts service output to compensate for affects that an unlevel surface or vehicle position have on the service. The system receives a map with values for different heights measured across a surface, determines a level of the vehicle located at a first position on the surface based on the values for the different heights specified at the first position in the map, and adjusts outputs associated with servicing the vehicle based on the determined level of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12260686
Abstract: A vehicle monitoring system includes a controller and one or more vibration sensors that measure operational frequencies of different vehicle components during operation of the vehicle. The controller receives the measured operational frequencies and compares them to modeled frequencies for one or more operational states of each of the different vehicle components. The controller determines that the operational frequencies in a particular frequency range associated with a specific component correspond to an abnormal operational state for that specific component in response to the operational frequencies in the particular frequency range deviating from the modeled frequencies for a normal operational state of the specific component or matching the modeled frequencies for the abnormal operational state of the specific component. The controller generates and presents the abnormal operational state of the specific component on one or more of a vehicle console or a user device.

  • Patent number: 12073666
Abstract: A vehicle monitoring system includes a controller and one or more wheel-integrated monitoring devices that are each disposed between a wheel of a vehicle and a tire that is mounted to that wheel. The wheel-integrated monitoring device has multiple sensors, a transceiver, and a power unit. The sensors generate different measurements during each rotation of the wheel. The transceiver wirelessly transmits the different measurements to the controller. The power unit provides power to the sensors and the transceiver. The controller analyzes the measurements and generates alerts on a dashboard or console in response to the measurements revealing wheel alignment, tire tread, and/or other driving characteristics that differ from manufacturer specifications by more than a threshold amount or that present safety hazards to the driver.
