Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for implementing a healthcare finance model are disclosed. A method according to the present invention may be embodied in a computer program product. The method may include determining an expected price of a medical scenario for each of a set of providers. A predetermined ranking algorithm may be applied to the providers. Such ranking algorithm may consider at least an expected price of the medical scenario for each of the plurality of providers. The providers may be organized into two or more provider groups based on results of the ranking algorithm. Additionally, a flat insurance payment for service of the medical scenario may be established for each provider group based on their rankings. Providers within each single provider group may have the same insurance payment for the medical scenario.
