Abstract: A fluid diverter system for diverting a flow of fluid from an inlet port to at least a selected one of a plurality of fluid passages includes a bypass passage which is provided between the fluid passages immediately upstream of a pair of closure members. The fluid passages and bypass passage are adapted to produce turbulence at an entrance area of the bypass passage to prevent stagnation of some of the fluid within the fluid diverter system.
