Abstract: An apparatus for receiving one or more attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a coupling mechanism and configured to receive one of the one or more attachments. Each attachment providing the exercise accessory to the deck and the coupling mechanism of each of the one or more openings being configured to couple the attachment with the opening after the opening has received the attachment and to attach the exercise accessory with the deck and provide the exercise mode associated with the exercise accessory.
