    Abstract: Vegetable humus which is a botanical fermented product which has been accumulated and deposited in water of sea or lake-bottom for a long period of time is useful in improvement of efficiency of transportation of live fish by using a transportation tank. Vegetable humus containing 50 to 80% by weight of water is ground, and activated with air, activated powder or water extract of the activated powder is added into the transportation tank.
