Abstract: An angular speed reduction device, including a first circular component passing through the center of a stationary plate and turning freely relative to said plate at an angular speed W1, wherein the first component is a gearing with a second component comprising at least one planetary gear rigidly connected to the stationary plate via an end piece integral with the planetary gear and serving as an axis of rotation, each planetary gear being freely rotatable relative to the stationary plate and driven by the first component, the planetary gears in contact with the interior of a first ring gear driven by the second component at the angular speed W2. The ring gear and the first component are concentric and the first ring gear is rigidly connected to a second ring gear so that the first ring gear drives the second ring gear at the same angular speed W2.
