Abstract: A motorized transfer apparatus is described, comprising: a conveyor belt movable along a predetermined feeding direction and comprising a plurality of modular elements arranged in closed loop; a support structure comprising a sliding surface having a substantially cross-sectional triangular shape, so as to form in sequence: a first flat portion, which is substantially horizontal and which defines a transport plane for the objects transported by said conveyor belt, a second flat portion, which defines a descent path for the conveyor belt, and a third flat portion, which defines an ascent path for said the conveyor belt. The apparatus further comprises a motorized actuator device for the conveyor belt and a drive unit, inserted inside the support structure and arranged to transmit the motion generated by the motorized actuator device to the conveyor belt. Each modular element has a length, measured along the feeding direction, which is between 1.5% and about 6% of the overall length of the conveyor belt.

Abstract: A conveyor belt includes a plurality of modules arranged in succession and articulated with each other. First and second projections of the modules have mating profiles to allow the insertion of a connecting pin between adjacent modules. Each module includes housings for respective rolling balls projecting through a respective circular opening. The ratio between the diameter of at least one circumferential portion of the housing and the diameter of the respective rolling ball is between 0.8 and 0.6, while at least part of a rib is provided below, near the lower surface, with at least one respective projecting portion arranged for snap-fit insertion of the rolling ball into the respective housing seat.

Abstract: A support and guide structure for a closed-loop articulated link conveyor includes at least two guides, oriented according to respective development axis and defining respective sliding surfaces for the conveyor; and at least one support component having two surfaces opposite to each other, wherein the guides protrude from a first surface to define at least one sliding channel to house at least one portion of the articulated links of the conveyor. The support and guide structure includes at least one housing extending along a direction parallel to the development axis, and containing at least one respective reinforcing element to limit the deformation of the support component. Each reinforcing element has a cross-sectional shape compatible with the cross-sectional shape of the respective housing. Each reinforcing element is manufactured with a material having a hardness which is greater than the hardness of the materials of the guides and the support component.

Abstract: A guiding device for a goods conveyor includes a support coupling with a fixed structure of the conveyor at least one sliding profile manufactured as a separate component with respect to the support structure and arranged for coupling with at least one corresponding grooved guide formed on the second side of such support structure and is oriented along the second axis. The grooved guide extends over the entire length of the support structure and includes a central rib arranged to abut against the rear surface of a respective sliding profile. The central rib divides the respective grooved guide into two cavities each having an L-shaped cross-section, so that linear projections are arranged to be inserted into a corresponding cavity of the grooved guide so that the free ends of the linear projections abut against respective abutment walls of the cavities.

Abstract: There is disclosed herein a guide device (1A) with a wedge sliding surface for bulk conveyors, said guide device being removably fixed to the head end of a lateral or central guide (4A) of a bulk conveyor; wherein said sliding surface is at least partially defined by a plurality of rolling bodies (5), which are idly mounted to a plurality of shafts defining axes of rotation substantially and/or generally parallel to one another and orthogonal to said axis of extension.
