Abstract: A subscription service to enable a user to subscribe to active conversations or previously stored conversations using a channel that is preferred by the user. The service is provided by a real-time and passive subscription (RPAS) system based on a UCP that enables any participant to participate in a conversation using their preferred technique and channel. A subscribing user can thus join a conversation as an active participant or a passive participant and the system converts the conversation elements to a format compatible with the user's preferred channel.

Abstract: Decentralized blockchain enabled mobile communications on a secure, open and distributed network and that is network agnostic. Networks of future will be based on cellular, Wi-Fi, and/or satellite technology, may be private or public, will be decentralized and will provide a variable network capacity, latency and bandwidth. The endpoints for networks will vary but increasingly include several Internet-Of-Things (IOT) endpoints. Peer-to-peer connections traverse many of these networks. As of today, communications networks will continue to exist in secure and not secure embodiments.
Abstract: Servicing a communication from an originating station directed to one or more destination stations. A communication is received from an originating station and includes a unique identifier that is associated with the originating station and a destination identifier. A communication platform receives the communication either directly or from a telecommunications system component that recognizes the communication as being processed by the communications platform. The communication platform identifies the source of the communication and the destination of the communication. The communication platform sets up a communications channel/session between the stations and performs any conversion necessary for the destination to understand the originating station and vice versa. The communication platform routes the communication between the originating and destination stations and may enter the communication into an archive for a user associated with the originating station and/or destination session.
Abstract: A Unified Communication Platform (UCP) that enables mobile devices and platforms (as well as applications or programs running thereon) to communicatively interface with each other over various communication channels and provides for authentication of the users involved in the communication session.

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is utilized in gathering, analyzing and processing of user feedback, specifically as pertaining to service quality in a telecommunications system. In response to collecting the feedback data, the system automatically generates reports and initiates remedial measures in response to such user feedback to enhance the performance of the service.

Abstract: A mobile application and a method are described for servicing a second line service (“SLS”) based communication request originating from a subscriber's telecommunications device (“TD”) even if the call signal does not include sufficient information to identify the phone number from which the subscriber initiated the call. The method involves associating the SLS phone number of the subscriber, the primary number of the subscriber and the primary number of a third party via a special relationship number.

Abstract: Generating a “day zero” model as an NLP model that does not need to rely on any specific data obtained from a particular process. As such, the various embodiments are directed to generating a dataset and an NLP model for any industry, field or application that does not have a historical dataset already built that can be utilized. As such, the various embodiments operate to build an applicable data set and NLP model in an automated fashion. This NLP model along with the industry, field or application specific dataset can then be operational on day-zero and provide accurate and relevant results.

Abstract: Enhanced capabilities within a telephone network are made accessible to a telecommunications device. The telecommunications device is used to dial a sequence. A network server receives and identifies the sequence invokes an advanced network function. A advanced network function server in communication with the network server provides instructions as to how the network server is to provide the advanced network function. The network server processes the call in accordance with the received instructions to provide the particular advanced network function.

Abstract: Analytics are collected to monitor and report data usage of enterprise applications running on a mobile device. A second line service agent and an analytics agent assure that the mobile device is configured for analytics collection. Once configured, cellular data usage of applications that are monitored by the analytics engine are detected and a VPN connection is established for routing the communications between the monitored app an a public website. If the mobile device switches to WiFi usage, the analytics agent disconnects the VPN connection and routes data directly to the public website. Thus, data usage of the monitored applications can be reported by the VPN gateway.
