Abstract: The invention relates to a nasal breathing mask having a mask part (1) and a mask-holding part (2), which at the top end is connected to an elongate tube (3) which in turn is connected to a hose connection for a breathing hose and on which a forehead plate (10), connected to a forehead-plate mount (11), is axially adjustable, a region (9) which is more flexible than the rest of the tube (3) being designed and arranged along the path of the tube (3) in such a way that the mask part can be moved toward the user with respect to the forehead-plate mount (11), in order to allow adjustment as a function of the patient's anatomy.
