    Abstract: For use in connection with the adjusting spindle of a vehicle wheel brake of the kind wherein the adjusting spindle is accessible through at least one slot formed in the wheel hub, a tool adapted to be temporarily secured to the wheel hub and in such condition maintain the adjusting lever and star wheel out of engagement whereby both hands of the mechanic are free for turning the wheel and for adjusting the star wheel.
