Abstract: Position based media pipeline systems and methods for volumetric displays provide content to a volumetric display having at least two pixels arranged in a 3D coordinate space. A three-dimensional (3D) pixel position dataset and a 3D animation are provided and a first volume representation based on the 3D animation is created. A second volume is created based on the first volume and including color data. A texture atlas is assembled based on the second volume and volumetric image data is generated based on the texture atlas. The position based media pipeline outputs the volumetric image data to one or more graphic controllers. The volumetric image data can be output whereby a user can preview the volumetric image data in addition to output to the volumetric display.

Abstract: A virtual window system emulates a real-window when being viewed by a person. As the person moves closer toward the virtual window system, the image being displayed by the virtual window system changes to emulate the person moving closer toward the real-world window. And as the person moves away from the virtual window system, the image being displayed by the virtual window system changes to emulate the person moving away from the real-world window.

Abstract: An integrated audio-visual system is disclosed for delivering an event to one or more spectators. The integrated audio-visual system includes one or more loudspeakers that are positioned behind one or more visual displays to be effectively behind the one or more visual displays to be shielded from the field of view of the one or more spectators. The one or more visual displays are specially designed and manufactured to allow sound associated with the event to propagate from the one or more loudspeakers with minimal acoustical distortion and/or minimum acoustical vibration while presenting a visual representation of the event to the one or more spectators. Moreover, the one or more loudspeakers and the one or more visual displays are situated to be a predetermined displacement from each other to further minimize acoustical distortion.

Abstract: A system for distributing wireless networking components in a venue. The system includes panels that define a floor surface. The panels each have a planar configuration with an upper surface opposite a lower surface. The panels include a material that is transparent to radio waves, and the panels define a storage space below the panels and the storage space may be used to store and distribute wireless networking component.
