Patents Assigned to MUEHLEN SOHN GMBH & CO. KG
  • Patent number: 10967602
Abstract: A drum covering for a drive drum (21) in a corrugating machine has a textile carrier material that reversibly shrinks when heated up, said carrier material being coated on at least one side with a coating material. Furthermore, it has two rectangular regions (71, 72) that are each connected to a convexly deltoid-shaped region (6) on a narrow side. Sets for producing the drum covering contain several covering pieces. A drive drum provided with the drum covering can be produced by the central axis (M) of the convexly deltoid-shaped region (6) being arranged along the circumferential central axis of the drive drum (21). Then, the convexly deltoid-shaped region (6) is fixed on the drive drum surface by means of at least one fixing element. The drive drum (21) is rotated, wherein the rectangular regions (71, 72) of the drum covering are wound around the drive drum (21) in a spiral-shaped manner.

  • Patent number: 10465341
Abstract: The invention relates to a fabric belt for the production of a corrugated cardboard web in a corrugated cardboard machine having several warp layers. In at least one edge region of the fabric belt, a surface of its upper warp layer has at least first regions (21) which consist of first yarns, and second regions (22) which consist of second yarns. The first yarns contain 30% b.w. to 100% b.w. aromatic polyamides, 0% b.w. to 70% b.w. aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyamides and 0% b.w. to 5% b.w. other materials. The total of the polyamides and other materials thus gives 100% b.w. The second yarns contain 50% b.w. to 85% b.w. polyester and/or aliphatic polyamides and/or alicyclic polyamides, 15% b.w. to 50% b.w. cellulose and 0% b.w. to 5% b.w. other materials. The total of the polyesters, polyamides, cellulose and other materials gives 100% b.w.

  • Patent number: 9555969
Abstract: A fabric belt for producing a corrugated cardboard web in a corrugated cardboard machine is joined together at the two ends thereof to produce an endless belt. An outer paper side facing the corrugated cardboard web and an inner load side assigned to the drive are formed. Connecting pieces to connect the belt ends have in each case at one end transversely with respect to the belt clips lying next to one another at a spacing, and are fixed at an opposite end with a connection section at the associated belt end. In the longitudinal direction of the belt, the clips of one connecting piece interact in a force-transmitting manner with the clips of the other connecting piece. The connection section of a connecting piece is held in a receiving gap of the belt that, starting from the belt end, extends between the paper side and the load side.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fabric belt for producing a corrugated cardboard web in a corrugated cardboard machine. The belt (1) is joined together at the two ends (2, 3) thereof to produce an endless belt, wherein an outer paper side (4) which faces the corrugated cardboard web and an inner load side (5) which is assigned to the drive are formed. In order to connect the belt ends (2, 3), connecting pieces (6, 7) are provided which, in each case at one end (2, 3) transversely with respect to the belt (1), have a multiplicity of clips (9, 9?) which lie next to one another at a spacing (a), and are fixed at an opposite end with a connection section (14) at the associated belt end (2, 3). In the longitudinal direction (8) of the belt (1), the clips of one connecting piece (6) interact in a force-transmitting manner with the clips of the other connecting piece (7).
