Abstract: A tool can include a tool body defining a recess defining a recess depth measured in a radial direction from an outer diameter of the tool body; and a detent member coupled to the tool body, the detent member including a leg extending from the tool body and sized to be received within the recess of the tool body upon one of deformation and movement of the leg at least partly in a radially inward direction, the leg biased in a radially outward direction by one of a wall of the recess and a biasing element of the tool, the leg configured to catch upon a portion of a pipe coupon surrounding a drilled hole in the pipe coupon to facilitate movement of the pipe coupon with the tool.

Abstract: Example aspects of a stent spring for a stent, a stent for repairing a pipe, and a method for repairing a pipe are disclosed. The stent spring for a stent can comprise a plurality of minor springs connected in a series around a circumference of the stent spring, each of the minor springs defining a first leg and a second leg; and a spring constrictor engaged with each of the minor springs, each of the spring constrictors movable between a first position, wherein the corresponding minor spring defines a first maximum width, and a second position, wherein the corresponding minor spring defines a second maximum width that is greater than the first maximum width.

Abstract: A sealing device for an air valve can include a seat; a valve device configured to seal against the seat, the valve device being a poppet and comprising a guide shaft defining a bore extending from the bottom end of the poppet to the top end of the poppet; and a lever arm including a button, removably coupled to the poppet, and configured to engage with and seal the bore of the poppet, the button including a first contacting portion and a second contacting portion.

Abstract: A gland includes an annular ring, the annular ring defining a gland bore, the gland bore defining a gland axis extending through the annular ring; and a joint restraint assembly, the joint restraint assembly including a restraint base, the restraint base attached to the annular ring, the restraint base defining a restraint pocket, the restraint base including a structural rail; a gripper, the gripper disposed within the restraint pocket and configured to move in the restraint pocket; a spring biasing the gripper to move inwards towards the gland axis; and a cover contacting at least a portion of the restraint base.
