Abstract: A single piece container (200) made from cardboard, paperboard or other lightweight foldable sheet material is provided. The container (200) includes an outer shell and an inner shell. The outer shell has first and second ends (202, 204), and includes a plurality of outer shell sidewall panels (3, 5, 7, 9) hingedly connected to one other about respective outer shell sidewall foldlines. The outer shell sidewall panels (3, 5, 7, 9) extend between the first and second ends (202, 204) of the outer shell. At least the second end of the outer shell is a closed end. The inner shell includes a plurality of inner shell sidewall panels hingedly connected to one other about respective inner shell sidewall foldlines. The inner shell is integrally connected to the outer shell along a foldline. Each one of the inner shell sidewall panels is in face-to-face contact with the inner surface of a respective one of the outer shell sidewall panels (3, 5, 7, 9).

Abstract: A single piece container made of cardboard, paperboard or other flexible sheet material which provides improved strength properties, but without the need to laminate layers of sheet material together by having an outer shell comprising sidewall panels (3, 5, 7, 9) and a set of inner sidewall panels (11, 13, 15, 17) connected to the outer shell at foldlines. The set of inner sidewall panels includes a first inner sidewall panel in facing relationship with the inner surface of a first outer shell sidewall panel and integrally connected to one of the outer shell sidewall panels along a foldline, and a first set of further inner sidewall panels integrally connected to the first inner sidewall panel along a foldline, the sidewall panels of the set of further inner sidewall panels being hingedly connected to one another about respective foldlines.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a dispenser for a product in stick form (50). The dispenser includes an inner tube (12) and a product concealing tube (16) disposed outwardly of the inner tube (12). The product concealing tube (16) is retractable and extendable relative to the inner tube (12) for exposing and covering a product stick (50) extending from a distal end of the inner tube (12) in use. The method includes: providing a first blank of sheet material for providing the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; wrapping the first blank around a mandrel to provide the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; and providing a second blank of sheet material for providing the product concealing tube (16) of the dispenser. The second blank comprises a slot, and a guide element (38) disposed within the slot.

Abstract: A tray made of cardboard, paperboard or other lightweight foldable sheet material that comprises one or more pockets (8) for receiving product. The tray comprises a top sheet defining one or more top sheet openings for the one or more pockets and a bottom sheet attached to the top sheet that comprises one or more bottom sheet openings that are aligned with the top sheet openings.

Abstract: A pallet comprising: (a) a base tray having one or more walls extending upward from the tray to create a perimeter around a central portion of the base tray; (b) an insert disposed on the central portion of the tray within the perimeter of the base tray, the insert being recessed from a terminal edge of the one or more walls; (c) a post secured within the perimeter of the tray and extend away from the base tray; and (d) a support assembly secured to the insert and positioned along the central portion of the base tray free of contact with the one or more walls, wherein the support includes a pair of support panels that are interconnected and secured to the insert free of an adhesive.

Abstract: A security packaging provides a structure for providing evidence of package tampering. The packaging includes a first panel having an opening, and a foil label at least partially overlaying the opening and at least partially adhered to an insert member. Upon separation of the insert member from the packaging, at least a portion of the foil label is separated from the foil label thereby leaving a visual void in the opening indicating that the separation has occurred.

Abstract: A package includes an outer sleeve and a slider for holding a blister pack slidably mounted within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve has a locking edge. The slider has a locking flap extending in a direction away from the closed end of the outer sleeve for engagement with the wall of the outer sleeve. The flap has a free edge which provides a pair of locking edges for engagement with the locking edge of the outer sleeve wall. The outer sleeve has a release button which may be pressed to deflect the slider flap away from the wall of the outer sleeve and enable the free edge of the slider flap to slide past the locking edge to allow the slider to be withdrawn from the outer sleeve.

Abstract: A package includes an outer sleeve and a slider for holding a blister pack slidably mounted within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve includes a wall having an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel has a locking edge formed at a terminal end thereof spaced from and facing a closed end of the sleeve. A locking flap is formed at a terminal end of the slider extending in a direction away from a closed end of the outer sleeve for engagement with the said wall of the outer sleeve. The flap has a free edge for engagement with the locking edge of the inner panel to prevent the slider from being removed from the outer sleeve when the slider is fully received within the outer sleeve.

Abstract: A child resistant package is made from paperboard, cardboard or other foldable sheet material. The package includes an outer sleeve having a closed end and an opposed open end and an inner sleeve, telescopically received within the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve has a closed end adjacent the open end of the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve is joined to the outer sleeve by a frangible connection. The package further includes a selectively releasable lock between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve for preventing withdrawal of the inner sleeve from the outer sleeve after the frangible connection between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve has been broken.

Abstract: The present teachings are direct at tray, components in a tray, methods for assembling trays, and articles, such as boxes that include a tray. The covers and/or tray inserts include one or more features that result in one or more of the following benefits: improved performance during or after assembly of a tray, improved ease of assembling a tray, or improved appearance of a tray, or any combination thereof. The features can be used alone. However, a number of the features when combined, result in particularly robust assembly processes.

A blank is used to form the container and is initially flat with a plurality of fold lines. The container includes a base portion with a plurality of edges along its perimeter, a lid portion which is distanced from and parallel to the base portion, and a wall projecting orthogonally from each edge forming a plurality of walls. Abstract: A carrier for a blister pack includes a first panel having an opening for movably receiving a blister of the blister pack, and a second panel having one or more dispensing openings aligned with the first panel opening. The first panel and the second panel slidably receive the blister pack there between. The carrier includes a blocking tab between the first and second panels that is selectively moveable between a blocking position and a dispensing position. When the blocking tab is in its blocking position it prevents movement of the blister in the first panel opening into alignment with a dispensing opening, thereby preventing dispensing of the blister's contents through the dispensing opening. When the blocking tab is in the dispensing position, it permits the blister to be moved into alignment with a dispensing opening for dispensing the blister's contents.

Abstract: A container comprising an outer casing and an inner casing. The inner casing is received within the outer casing and is retractable from the outer casing. The inner casing includes a locking tab which engages with a locking layer of the outer housing.
