Patents Assigned to MULTIPLEXDX, S.R.O.
  • Patent number: 12404605
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for diagnosing a disease by determining via multiplex fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) whether or not mRNA species and/or at least one miRNA species of disease-associated biomarkers are present in a sample obtained from a subject, and by determining by multiplex sequencing whether or not said mRNA species of disease-associated biomarkers and/or said miRNA species of disease-associated biomarkers of step(a) are present in said sample. The present invention also relates to kits for performing the methods for diagnosis as described and provided herein as well as use of such kits for performing the methods for diagnosis as described and provided herein.

  • Publication number: 20240026435
Abstract: The present invention relates to a loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method characterized in that the F3 nucleotide sequence and/or said B3 nucleotide sequence comprises one or more locked nucleic acid (LNA) nucleotides which are located within the first third of said F3 nucleotide sequence or said B3 nucleotide sequence, respectively. The present invention further relates to an in vitro method for detecting a nucleic acid sequence amplification product characterized by the use of a metallochromic indicator, preferably 5-Br-PAPS, and metal ions, preferably Zn2+ ions. The present invention further relates to a kit for carrying out the methods of the invention and a use of the kit.

  • Publication number: 20230175081
Abstract: The present invention relates to a PCR-method comprising conducting a simultaneous amplification step with at least primer nucleotide sequences for SARS-CoV-2 RdRP gene, at least primer nucleotide sequences for SARS-CoV-2 E gene and/or at least primer nucleotide sequences for human RNase P gene. Said PCR-method may further comprise a conducting an amplification step, preferably a simultaneous amplification step, with at least primer nucleotide sequences for a unique spike RNA. Also provided is a kit comprising primers and optionally probes to carry out the PCR-methods of the invention.
