Patent number: 12283376Abstract: Systems and methods include a device management platform for managing a plurality of devices (e.g., for a clinic system). A system can include a patient system such as a patient device (e.g., an implanted cardiac device, a mobile device, etc.) which transmits data to the device management platform and/or a clinic system. The device management platform tracks measured physiological parameters of the patient. Transmission data received from the patient system includes data corresponding to the measured physiological parameters. The device management platform generates a workflow interface at the clinic system based on a care pathway, a billing pathway, and the measured physiological parameters. Additionally, the device management platform can determine an outcome goal value and one or more benchmark values to reach the outcome goal value, and can send action instructions (e.g., to the patient system) based on comparing the measured physiological parameters to the one or more benchmark values.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2022Date of Patent: April 22, 2025Assignee: Murj, Inc.Inventors: Christopher S. Irving, Mark A. Pederson

Publication number: 20240347193Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for patient device management. In one implementation, interrogation data is received from a cardiac implantable electronic device corresponding to an interrogation for a patient. The interrogation data includes device data for the cardiac implantable electronic device and patient specific data for the patient. The interrogation data is normalized into manufacturer independent interrogation data. The manufacturer independent interrogation data is associated with a permitted user. A processing status is assigned to the interrogation using the manufacturer independent interrogation data. The interrogation is aggregated into a category based on the processing status, and the category is associated with an action by the permitted user.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 7, 2024Publication date: October 17, 2024Applicant: Murj, Inc.Inventors: Richard Todd Butka, Christopher S. Irving, Patrick Beaulieu

Publication number: 20240290482Abstract: Systems and methods include a cardiac device advisory management platform to receive and distribute data related to advisory notification(s) for an implanted cardiac device. Advisory notification data includes a device identifier and/or a lead identifier corresponding to the advisory notification. Upon receiving the advisory notification data, the clinic matches the device identifier and/or the lead identifier with patient data for patients enrolled with the clinic. One or more action indicators for various workflow procedures are generated and presented at a clinic user interface (UI) of the clinic device. Clinician inputs are received via the clinic UI to perform steps in response to the advisory notification, such as reviewing patient information, scheduling an in-office visit, and/or sending a notification to a patient device. A clinic behavior analysis is performed on the clinician inputs to generate information regarding the impact of the advisory notifications on the clinic workflow procedures.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 1, 2024Publication date: August 29, 2024Applicant: Murj, Inc.Inventors: Christopher S. Irving, Eddy Luten, Richard Todd Butka
