Abstract: The invention is an exercise equipment apparatus. More specifically, the invention is for an exercise equipment apparatus that facilitates performance of variations of a boxer crunch stand. An exercise equipment apparatus in accordance with the present invention comprises a frame, a substantially rectangular pad coupled to the frame, a first pair of substantially cylindrical pads coupled to the frame, and a second pair of substantially cylindrical pads coupled to the frame, and situated between the rectangular pad and the first pair of cylindrical pads, wherein the cylindrical pads height level may be adjustable for users of various heights.
