Abstract: A system and process are provided for assisting a user to formulate and document a recipe as the user creates the recipe and cooks in real time. The user may speak to the system to describe or dictate appearances, quantities, ingredients, cooking time, and other factors and conditions, and the system interpolates, extrapolates, interacts, and makes suggestions to the user to complete and record the recipe without interfering with or halting the culinary process. As the system works with the user, the system grows in intelligence through an iterative learning process to become an AI sous chef.

Abstract: A removable apparatus being configured for mounting to a hitch behind a vehicle which enables an individual to load and unload a canoe atop a vehicle. The apparatus includes a base which is adapted to rotate 360-degrees perpendicular of horizontal of the vehicle and includes a tube which is adapted to lock upright or pivot downwardly 30-degrees away from vertical of the vehicle. The apparatus includes a mechanism to position a receiving device configured to mate to a device mounted to the canoe.
