Abstract: Exemplary garments and methods of making the same are disclosed. An exemplary garment may include a body, and a hood extending from an upper portion of the body to provide an enclosure. The hood may include a main portion and at least one laterally disposed portion having a greater transparency than the main portion. An exemplary method of making a garment may include providing a body, and forming a hood extending from an upper portion of the body to provide an enclosure, with the hood including a main portion and at least one laterally disposed portion. The method may further include establishing the at least one laterally disposed portion as having a greater transparency than the main portion.
