Patent number: 5536105Abstract: A device for tight fixing a rotary body such as a gear and a pulley, to a rotary shaft such as a motor shaft and a transmitting shaft, provides a slippage between the rotary body and the rotary shaft when an over-load occurs to the rotary body. A groove portion is formed either at the inner surface of a mounting hole in the center of the rotary body or at the outer surface of the rotary shaft, in which a pair of key members having a tapered contact surface are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft. A clamping bolt going through one of key members is screwed into the other key member, and pressed to both key members. Due to the pressure from the clamping bolt, each key member is displaced outward as guided by the tapered surface. One of key members makes a contact with the inner surface of the mounting hole or rotary body, and at the same time, the other begins to press the outer surface of the rotary shaft, respectively.Type: GrantFiled: August 12, 1994Date of Patent: July 16, 1996Assignee: Myotoku, Ltd.Inventor: Yoji Ise

Patent number: 5156381Abstract: A reference plane moving device comprises an attachment section which is movable along a given reference plane, and a balancer which can operate in correspondence with this attachment section, the attachment section including an air intake hole section capable of creating a vacuum condition between the attachment section and the reference plane by sucking air, and compressed air ejecting hole sections capable of creating a high pressure condition between the attachment section and the reference plane by blowing compressed air against the reference plane. By virtue of a combined action of the vacuum and the high pressure conditions thus created, the attachment section can be kept away from the reference plane by a fixed distance while being attracted thereto. The attachment section with an appropriate attachment can be readily moved on the reference plane.Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 1991Date of Patent: October 20, 1992Assignee: Myotoku Ltd.Inventor: Yoji Ise

Patent number: 5020383Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus wherein the reciprocation of a piston which is achieved utilizing air pressure causes movement of a pawl portion provided on the piston, and this movement in turn causes intermittent rotation of a spindle. In particular, according to the present invention, a pair of pawl members are used, and a selector lever is provided to permit only one of the pawl members to cause the rotation of the spindle. When the pawl member to be actuated is thus selected through the action of the selector lever, selection can be made as to the direction of rotation of the spindle.Type: GrantFiled: April 25, 1989Date of Patent: June 4, 1991Assignee: Myotoku Ltd.Inventor: Shigeo Kanaya

Patent number: 4655692Abstract: Herein disclosed is an ejector pump which can be used favorably with a sucking disk for carrying an article. In the bore of a pump body, there are fitted a nozzle block having a nozzle hole and an ejector block which has an ejector hole aligned with the nozzle hole of the nozzle block, so that a suction chamber formed between the nozzle hole and the ejector hole may communicate with a suction port which is formed in one side of the pump body. Fitted in the pump body, too, is a spool valve for opening or closing a communication passage providing communication between the nozzle hole and the compressed air inlet port of the pump body. The spool valve is controlled by an electromagnetic change-over valve disposed outside of the pump body. The pump has the advantage that the compressed air can be supplied at a high flow rate to establish a strong sucking force even with a relatively small-sized electromagnetic change-over valve.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 1985Date of Patent: April 7, 1987Assignee: Myotoku Ltd.Inventor: Yoji Ise

Patent number: 4495965Abstract: A nut means engages with a thread formed on an outside surface of the cylindrical form valve body. A valve member having a flow restricting means such as needle valve device on one end is fitted slidably within the valve body and the same is connected to the nut means with an engaging member which is slidably fitted within a slit formed lengthwise on said threaded surface and engages with the valve member and the nut means.Fluid flow in the valve body is regulated by moving said valve member by turning said nut means. Thus the flow regulating valve of very compact form and capable of making fine adjustment of the flow rate can be provided because the conventional valve stem which engages with the internal thread of the valve body and projecting out therefrom for regulating flow is not used, and the adjustment is made with the thread of comparatively large diameter. Such flow regulating valve can be used suitably for controlling piston speed of power cylinder by providing the check valve therein.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 1982Date of Patent: January 29, 1985Assignee: Myotoku Ltd.Inventor: Yoji Ise
