  • Patent number: 11992369
Abstract: The present disclosure describes ultrasound imaging systems and methods configured to identify and remove image artefacts from ultrasound image frames by applying a neural network to the frames. Systems may include an ultrasound transducer configured to acquire echo signals responsive to ultrasound pulses transmitted toward a target region. One or more processors communicatively coupled with the ultrasound transducer may be configured to generate an image frame from the ultrasound echoes and apply a neural network to the image frame. The neural network determines whether an artefact is present in the image frame, and identifies the type of artefact detected. The processors can also generate an indicator conveying the presence of the artefact, which can be displayed on a user interface. The processors can further generate an instruction for adjusting the ultrasound transducer based on the presence and type of artefact present within the image frame.

  • Patent number: 11994050
Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for a crankcase breather vent assembly to direct blow-by gases out of an engine crankcase. A vent base comprising a generally cylindrical vessel communicates received blow-by gases into an interior cavity of a breather vent that comprises a filter medium. Baffles disposed within an interior cavity of the vent base capture oil carried along with the blow-by gases. The captured oil is directed to an oil sump of the engine by way of a suitable hose. A bonnet fastenably receives the breather vent and is configured to reduce a buildup of oil residue on nearby engine components. An outer profile of the breather vent is tapered along a longitudinal dimension of the filter medium to facilitate unrestricted air flow through the filter medium when the bonnet is installed onto the breather vent.

  • Publication number: 20240170032
Abstract: A memory array includes memory cells forming a data word location accessed in response to a word line signal. A data sensing circuit configured to sense data on bit lines associated with the memory cells. The sensed data corresponds to a current data word stored at the data word location. A data latching circuit latches the sensed data for the current data word from the data sensing circuit. A data modification circuit then performs a mathematical modify operation on the current data word to generate a modified data word. The modified data word is then applied by a data writing circuit to the bit lines for writing back to the memory cells of the memory array at the data word location in response to assertion of control signal having a dynamically variable delay dependent on the current data word. The operations are advantageously performed within a single clock cycle.
