Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) home air filter to remove airborne molecular contaminants and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from air within residential spaces. The HVAC home air filter includes a supportive frame having a shape and size suitable to orient the HVAC home air filter within a residential HVAC system. A filter medium is retained within the supportive frame to remove the airborne molecular contaminants and VOCs from air flowing through the residential HVAC system. The filter medium includes a combination of media layers configured to exhibit a relatively high filtration efficiency and a low air pressure drop across the filter medium. The supportive frame includes a plurality of elongate sections and corner sections disposed along perimeter edges of the filter medium to support the filter medium within the residential HVAC system so as direct air through the filter medium.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of cleaning at least a part of a cubicle from a row of individual cubicles in a stable, each cubicle having lateral partitions extending in the longitudinal direction on each side of the cubicle, the method comprising the steps of providing an animal presence sensor for detecting the presence of an animal in a cubicle, and providing an autonomous unmanned vehicle, the vehicle comprising a control system for controlling the operation of the vehicle and cubicle floor cleaning means, and the method further comprising the steps of detecting by an animal presence sensor a first of the cubicles free of an animal, detecting whether an animal is present in a second of the cubicles neighboring next to the first cubicle, and controlling the autonomous vehicle to clean the first cubicle in a first cleaning mode that is dependent on the presence of an animal in said second neighboring cubicle. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a coating for medical devices. The lubricious coating includes a primer layer and a top coating layer as well as methods of making and using the same. The primer layer includes a reaction cured product of a multifunctional acrylate and an acid functionalized monoacrylate. The top coating layer includes a reaction cured product of a mixture that includes a hydrophilic polymer comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone, an acid functionalized monoacrylate, and a hydrophilic monomer. The lubricious coating may be coated onto medical devices to form a sensing guide wire, an ultrasound imaging device, and an intravascular imaging device. Associated devices and methods are also provided.

The system includes an ingestion component that ingests one or more characteristics of the opportunity event that characterize at least one of: (i) the identity of the user; (ii) subject of the established customer service session; and (iii) situational context of the user. The system includes a correlation component that correlates the one or more ingested characteristics and an estimated duration of the waiting queue with at least one transaction-related content item. Acute exacerbations have a negative impact on health related quality of life of COPD patients, survival rates, pulmonary function and utilization of health-care resources. The present application discloses an apparatus (100), system (1400), method (200), and computer program for assessing a risk of an exacerbation and/or hospitalization of a subject. To this extent, time-dependent activity data is Fourier-transformed to frequency space to obtain frequency-dependent activity data. Next, a moment of said frequency-dependent activity data is computed. Finally, a risk of said exacerbation and/or hospitalization of said subject to occur is assessed based on said moment.

The transaction right is the right to a transaction of a utilization right of a digital content item. The method comprises steps of obtaining an attribute associated with the digital content item from metadata of the digital content item; and generating the transaction right on the basis of a pre-stored rule and the attribute of the digital content item. Since the transaction right is generated on the basis of the attribute of the digital content item, or in other words, the transaction right is dependent on the attribute of the digital content item, the generated transaction right of digital content items can be different if the corresponding attribute associated with the digital content items are different. Furthermore, in additional to the metadata, the generation of the transaction right only requires the pre-stored rule, resulting in affordable complexity and cost.

The device for assisting a cough according to the present invention may produce a high cough pressure and thus form a strong cough airflow to loose and cough the lung mucus out of the airways, and may prevent the collapse of the patient's airway caused by the rapid release of the cough pressure.
