Patent number: 11815291Abstract: A concentrated solar power generation system includes a movable platform having a groove, a Fresnel lens located in the groove of the movable platform, a header located below the Fresnel lens, a plurality of heat collection tubes arranged in a circular array, a reflector with a tapered surface, and a support base. The header has a water circulation pipe, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe each are communicated to the water circulation pipe. A lower end of each of the heat collection tubes is fixed on the support seat, and an upper end of each of the heat collection tubes contacts the water circulation pipe. The reflector is mounted on the support base and located in a space enclosed by the heat collection tubes.Type: GrantFiled: November 29, 2020Date of Patent: November 14, 2023Assignees: GUANGDONG POLYTECHNIC NORMAL UNIVERSITY, GUANGDONG NACRE HYDRAULIC CO., LTD., CENTRAL SOUTH UNIVERSITYInventors: Yong Yang, Chongjie Zhao, Fu Huang, Shaoming Luo, Guoquan Zhang, Junjie Li, Xiayun Liu, Yulong Yao, Wei Fu, Jian Yang

Publication number: 20120029383Abstract: A hearing protection device is disclosed which incorporates integrated audiometric testing, thereby allowing for testing without removal of safety hearing protection. The hearing protection is typically intended to be worn for the duration of a work shift, and allows for self-testing during the shift. Embodiments of the device may utilize a series of partial test sessions, so that each test session is kept brief so as to not interfere unduly with the work schedule. This may encourage frequent testing, hopefully aiding in early detection of potential hearing loss. Additionally, methods of use are disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2011Publication date: February 2, 2012Applicant: Nacre AS, a Norwegian companyInventors: Viggo Henriksen, Trym Holter, Olav Kvaløy, Asle Melvaer, Georg Esa Ottesen, Odd Kristen Ostern Pettersen, Jarle Svean, Svein Sørsdal

Patent number: 6728385Abstract: An apparatus and a method of voice detection and discrimination apparatus for controlling a voice operated system. A protective ear terminal element in the apparatus protects the ear by providing acoustic attenuation. An inner electroacoustic transducer element on an inner side of the ear terminal element detects a first acoustic field and provides a first electronic signal representing the first acoustic field. An outer electroacoustic transducer element on an outer side of the ear terminal element detects a second acoustic field and provides a second electronic signal representing the second acoustic field. An electronics unit is connected with the electroacoustic transducer elements and includes first and second comparison members.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2002Date of Patent: April 27, 2004Assignee: Nacre ASInventors: Olav Kvaløy, Georg E. Patent number: 5701921Abstract: A kit for carrying and storage of a toothbrush, toothpaste and associated materials and tools for dental hygiene wherein the quantity of dentifrice included is selected to be exhausted simultaneously with the end of life of the enclosed toothbrush, thus urging the replacement of the toothbrush at the proper time. The enclosed toothpaste reservoir has a small quantity of differentiated paste at the bottom which when ultimately dispensed, indicates imminent exhaustion of supply. Marker flags of color or other sensible characteristics for toothpaste and other materials are proposed.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 1995Date of Patent: December 30, 1997Assignee: NACREInventors: Richard M.
