Patents Assigned to Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd.
  • Patent number: 5737005
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for thermal recording and thermal transfer recording in a multicolor system. After performing the thermal recording, the thermal transfer recording is performed by overlaying a portion thermally recorded already. A thermal transfer donor sheet has a thermal transfer layer containing a desensitizer for suppressing a coloring reaction in the thermal recording layer of the thermal recording sheet. In performing multicolor recording by overlapping images of plural documents, after an image of a first document has been thermally recorded on a recording sheet, an image of a second document is recorded on the same recording sheet by thermal transfer recording. No color mixture occurs between colors thermally recorded and thermally transferred respectively and bright and clear color development can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 5643381
Abstract: A blanket belt for use in a printing machine is produced through a producing step including a reinforcement member setting step P1 of setting a reinforcement member 3 onto a mold having teeth shape at an outer circumferential surface thereof, a rubber sheet setting step P2 of setting a green rubber sheet made of a rubber material for use in a blanket, on the reinforcement member 3 set onto the mold, a vulcanizing step P3 of forming teeth T . . . for use in a timing belt on an inner surface thereof by vulcanizing an intermediate produced article obtained on the rubber sheet setting step P2, and obtaining an endless timing belt having the reinforcement member 3 at an inside thereof, and a blanket surface working step P4 of working an outer surface of the timing belt on a blanket surface, after vulcanizing.Thereby, both of expansion and contraction of a blanket surface and a slip thereof to the pulleys are prevented effectively.

  • Patent number: 5642140
Abstract: A thermally sensitive recording head comprising, a two bases 2 moving with its attitude being kept along a guide shaft 5, an attachment 3 rotatably provided on the base 2 so that the base 2 extends to an right angle direction with the guide shaft 5 and contacts on or separates from a platen 8, and a heating head 4, which is rotatably provided on the attachment 3, and on front surface of which a heating body train is formed in a right angle direction with the guide shaft 5 and extends in opposite direction to an extending direction of the attachment 3 from the tip end of the attachment 3 to contact on or separate from the platen 8, whereby the attachment 3 and the heating head 4 are pressed on the thermally Sensitive paper placed on back-side of the platen 8. In this arrangement, a clear image can be obtained without generation of irregularity of photographic density because the heating head 4 presses the thermally sensitive papers while being kept always in parallel with the platen 8.

  • Patent number: 5642203
Abstract: In obtaining image data of an enlargement factor .alpha. by which the image data is enlarged and processed by multiplication with a non-integer number, the image data are firstly contracted and processed to a contraction factor .beta.=.alpha./.gamma., wherein .gamma. is an integer satisfying .alpha.<.gamma.. Then, the contraction-processed image data are subjected to pseudo half tone processing. Thereafter, the pseudo half tone processed image data are enlarged and processed by a factor .gamma. times. The contraction factor .beta. is selected as a value equal to or more than 50%. Thereby, even for an enlargement factor which requires multiplication by a non-integer number, visual image quality is upgraded, processing data amount is reduced and memory capacity is lowered, thus resulting in a lower cost.

  • Patent number: 5041850
Abstract: A controller of a label printer employs an electronic photographic system which makes printing successively on a continuous printing paper on which a multiplicity of label papers are affixed. There are provided a position sensor using a photoelectric transducer element which is disposed to face the continuous printing paper and detect a difference in the transmissivity of light of the continuous printing paper and a label position detector for processing a detection signal of the position sensor to derive a timing control signal corresponding to a position of the label paper. The timing control signal of the label position detector is used to control operation timings for each of the portions for the continuous printing paper.
