    Abstract: A system comprises a plurality of sensors disposed at predetermined locations in a fluid distribution network and a server receiving sensor data from the sensors indicative of at least one predetermined characteristic of flow through the network, the server comparing the sensor data to stored data to determine an existence of a problem condition in the network and, when a problem condition is determined to exist, executing a predetermined response procedure.
