Abstract: A muzzle suitable for holding different sized nail clamps includes a restricting plate and a movable member. The movable member is coupled to the cover and movable in the restricting direction. The restricting plate is inserted in the nail-hitting track and movable in the restricting direction. Therefore, the restricting plate can be moved to press against the second lateral side of different sized nail clamps to clamp the nail clamp between the lateral surface of the nail-hitting track and the restricting plate, and the nail clamp can be firmly positioned in the nail-hitting track without slipping.

Abstract: A nail clamp includes a clamp body and a nail, the clamp body includes a first side which is provided with a rib extending in a direction X, and a second side which is provided with an engaging groove, the engaging groove includes an opening end located at the closed end of the clamp portion, and a bottom end located between the closed end and the open end of the clamp body, the rib of one nail clamp is inserted into the engaging groove of another nail clamp, so that two nail clamps are connected into a nail clamp strip in a stepped manner. When the nail is being fired, the nail is slantingly position relative to the nailing surface to avoid the walls surrounding the nail clamp, thus allowing the nail gun to conveniently fix the nail clamp to the nailing surface in corners.

Abstract: A nail gun includes a housing having a first locking element, an opposite second locking element, and a sliding groove, a safety mechanism including an actuation member in the sliding groove, the actuation member having an end nose, and a nail alignment adjustment mechanism including a lever pivotably secured to the housing, a spring having a first end secured to the other end of the lever and a second end affixed to the actuation member, and a spring-biased selector including a shank passing the lever, and a knob secured to the shank. Pivoting the knob from a first position to a second position will cause the nose to contact a first workpiece. Pivoting the knob from the second position to the first position will cause the nose to dispose above a second workpiece and align a nail with a through hole of the second workpiece.

Abstract: A safety device for a pneumatic nailer includes an attached tube connected to the magazine of the nailer and including a first passage for movably receiving a first pine and a second passage for movably receiving a second pin. A driving piece is pivotably connected to the attached tube at a mediated point of the driving piece. A spring is received in the second passage and biased between a closed end of the second passage and a first end of the second pin. A second end of the second pin is retractably extended through an open end of the second passage by the spring and can be inserted in a locking hole of a safety bar movably connected to the barrel of the nailer. Two ends of the driving piece are respectively connected to the first pin and the second pin such that when no nails are located in the barrel, an end of the first pin is extended into the magazine while the second pin is inserted in the locking hole of the safety bar to lock the safety bar.

Abstract: A nose assembly for a nail gun includes a nose piece connected to a gun body and the nose piece has a guide channel in a surface thereof. A resilient strip has its first end fixedly connected to the nose piece and a guide base is located below the nose piece. The nose piece has an extension channel which is in alignment with the guide channel, and a second end of the resilient strip is connected to the guide base. Two oblique surfaces are respectively defined in two inside defining the extension channel and a block extends from a surface defining the extension channel. Two grooves are defined between the block and the two oblique surfaces so that two legs of nails will be separated and inserted into the grooves before penetrating into document.

Abstract: A trigger assembly for a power stapler includes a U-shaped trigger member pivotally connected to the power stapler and having two inclined and elongated slots in the two plates thereof. A pressing member has a flange extending from one of two surfaces thereof and an aperture is defined through the pressing member. The pressing member has two lugs so that the pressing member is pivotally between the two plates of the trigger member. A pin movably extends through the slots in the trigger member and the two lugs. The pressing member is slightly lifted within the slots when the piston rod of the power stapler inserted into the aperture for the single shoot so that the pressing member is not returned to its original position except the safety member is removed from the pressing member.
