Abstract: A shredder includes a strip-cut shredding portion including paired disc-shaped multi-plate rotary cutters to be engaged with each other to shred paper in a strip-cut direction, and a cross-cut shredding portion including a fixed cutter and a spiral rotary cutter for further shredding strip-cut waste pieces discharged from the strip-cut shredding portion in a cross-cut direction, the shredder including an intermediate holding portion, between the strip-cut shredding portion and the cross-cut shredding portion, for feeding the strip-cut waste pieces to the cross-cut shredding portion while holding the strip-cut waste pieces. The intermediate holding portion includes paired rollers which have outer peripheral faces capable of coming into close contact with each other to pinch the strip-cut waste pieces, and which rotate in feed directions.

Abstract: A paper shredder enables to control power consumption and achieve energy saving by realizing a torque characteristic of low torque at high speed or high torque at low speed keeping an output of a motor within a steady level. This circuit adopts a paper shredder structured with a driving motor for a rotary cutter having an inverted linear flow characteristic between rotation speed and torque and a control circuit composed of a detecting block for said rotation speed of the motor, a voltage control block for restricting a voltage output of the motor within a certain range in accordance with the rotation speed, and a current and voltage detecting block for monitoring a current flow of the motor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a stand for albums, scrapbooks and the like which is simple and compact causing no trouble to a user. Means for fixing an attaching portion of a stand capable to bend through a fold line to a back cover of an album, a scrapbook or the like and connecting the back cover and the support leg with a strip to adjust a bending angle of the support leg are adapted. Means for providing one end of a strip between a core material and a cloth material at a bottom line of a support leg and providing another end of the strip between a core material and an end paper at a bottom border of a back cover are applied.

A cover is composed of a decoration cloth, a pair of substratum paper and a spine affiche adhered on required positions on the back of the decoration cloth, an interconnected reinforcement paper adhered to substratum paper to create a space between a spine affiche and a reverse paper.
