Abstract: A member for an artificial limb comprises a base member which is made of a fiber cloth and has air permeability and a plurality of protuberances which are made of silicon rubber on both of the inside and outside surfaces of the base member, adjoining protuberances being apart to one another. The base member may be tubular or flat.

Abstract: A cervical orthosis to be wound onto the neck of user around the cervical vertebrae part and retained to support and fix the cervical vertebrae wherein almost the whole of at least the surface adjoining to the neck is provided with a number of ups and downs and the main body is made of silicone rubber, and a method of mounting a plane fastener onto the surface of a plate-like body made of silicone rubber used in the cervical orthoses or the like.

Abstract: Described is an artificial mamma and a series of molds for producing the mamma, in which the mamma comprises a bag-like member which has as a skin a thick film member made of silicon rubber and interposing therein an elastic fabric as a core enclosing air internally, the thick film member being partially larger in thickness to provide a point where an air injection needle is inserted. The mold for producing the mamma can be constructed from ordinary materials and without the need for specialized technicians.

Abstract: A gadget for remedy and prevention of knee joint trouble accompanied by the movement of the patella, comprising a patella fixing member and a connecting belt wound round the knee to fix the patella fixing member thereon. The patella fixing member is provided with an opening for exposing the patella. A distinguishing feature is the provision of a fixing member pressing band on the top side of the fixing member covering the opening to prevent the decrease of correction effect due to the deformation of the opening being extended when the brace is put on and when the knee joint is bent.
