    Abstract: A gadget for remedy and prevention of knee joint trouble accompanied by the movement of the patella, comprising a patella fixing member and a connecting belt wound round the knee to fix the patella fixing member thereon. A distinguishing feature is the provision of a fixing member pressing band on the top side of the fixing member covering the opening to prevent the decrease of correction effect due to the deformation of the opening being extended when the brace is put on and when the knee joint is bent.
