  • Patent number: 7493935
Abstract: In a cylinder device of the present invention, based on a screwing relationship between a screw rod 30 and a ball screw mechanism 35 and through oil supply port control, the piston and sleeve 15 is made to advance or retract while being rotated. A rear end side of a rod 12 is fitted into a sleeve portion 34 of the piston and sleeve 15. Then, a fitting and coupling mechanism that uses an engagement key 41 and a key groove 42 causes only a rotation torque of the piston and sleeve 15 to act on the rod 12. The rod 12 with a screw core 22 coupled thereto operates at a pitch defined by a screwing relationship between the rod 12 and a rod cover 13. The pitch defined by the screwing relationship is the same as a pitch of the screw core 22.

  • Patent number: 7146900
Abstract: A cylinder chamber 17 at the front of a direct-acting type actuator section 10 is connected to a cylinder chamber 37 at the front of an oscillating type actuator section 30 through a sequence valve with check valve 40. Further, a cylinder chamber 18 in the rear of the direct-acting type actuator section 10 is connected to a cylinder chamber 38 in the rear of the oscillating type actuator 30 through a stop valve 50. Ports 61 and 62 are provided for connecting passages between the cylinder chamber 37 and the sequence valve with check valve 40 and between the cylinder chamber 18 and the stop valve 50, respectively, for distribution control of a working fluid. According to the setting conditions of the respective valves 40 and 50, the piston rod 11 can perform an ordinary reciprocating motion and a motion that combines rotation and advancement.

  • Patent number: 6581379
Abstract: There are provided a pressure intensifying cylinder 2a for allowing a pressure intensifying chamber 31 to communicate with a head-side cylinder chamber 22 of a working cylinder 1 and its control hydraulic circuit. When a load and a rated pressure Pp of a hydraulic pump 25 are balanced with each other at the time of inserting and setting a core 41, a check valve 21 is closed and a sequence valve 34 is opened to move the pressure intensifying cylinder 2a forward, so that the pressure of the head-side cylinder chamber 22 is increased. A pressure intensifying ratio of the pressure intensifying cylinder 2a is set such that the pressure of the head-side cylinder chamber 22 is higher than pressure occurring with molding pressure.

  • Patent number: 6257117
Abstract: The inside of a cylinder is divided into front and rear cylinder chambers, a primary-side piston and a secondary-side piston, each formed by an annular disc part and an annular tube part are fitted into each cylinder chamber, with the annular tube parts of each loosely fitted together, and the secondary-side piston surrounding an operating piston rod so as to hold the operating piston and being fit into the operating piston. The first front cylinder chamber and the second rear cylinder chamber defined by the primary- and secondary-side pistons are connected by a communicating passageway with a relief valve inserted therein, this relief valve being switched to the open condition by either a prescribed pressure or a valve opening/closing bar that is provided upright on the primary-side piston.

  • Patent number: 6170758
Abstract: A multifunctional air gun, designed to be operable in a sucking mode, a blowing mode or a sucking and blowing mode, is disclosed. In the air gun, a tubular body has an on/off valve unit in addition to upper and lower openings communicating with each other. A fixed spool is set within the upper opening of the tubular body and connects the air supply tube to an air jet pipe while controlling the flowing direction of compressed air. A vacuum valve unit is set within the lower opening of the tubular body and is assembled with suction and exhaust nozzles at both ends while allowing the two nozzles to communicate with each other. The vacuum valve unit vacuumizes the interior of the two nozzles due to the compressed air. A first control knob is assembled with the fixed spool to control the compressed air for the vacuum valve unit, thus controlling the suction force generated by the compressed air for the vacuum valve unit.
