Abstract: Disclosed is a system including: a beam projector module comprising a light source and an optical device configured to diffuse light output from the light source to reduce an intensity of the light; an image sensor configured to receive reflected light formed by the light reflected from an object; and a signal processing device configured to measure a distance from the object by analyzing a characteristic of the reflected light, wherein the signal processing device operates the beam projector module in an eye-safety mode when the characteristic of the reflected light corresponds to a crack characteristic.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a beam projector module including: a PCB on which a cathode wire and an anode wire are positioned; a conductive pad that is made of a conductive material or coated with a conductive material and has one side surface; a first frame that is made of a non-conductive material and has one side surface which is in contact with the PCB; a light source having a cathode electrode and an anode electrode, the cathode electrode being in contact with the other side surface of the conductive pad; the anode electrode being connected to the anode wire through at least one electric wire passing through the opening; a diffuser configured to diffuse a light beam output from the light source; and a second frame configured to support the diffuser so that the diffuser is spaced from the light source by a predetermined distance.
