The highly adaptable viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate water reducer is composed of a polymer and water, and the polymer accounts for 30-50 wt %; since the main chain of the polymer contains a hydrophobic benzene ring and hydrophilic amine, the polymer has strong rigidity and good solubility in an aqueous solution, and is rich in two adsorption groups of carboxyl group/phosphono group. The highly adaptable viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate water reducer of the present invention has excellent water-reducing and slump retention properties and is suitable for general construction projects and commercial concrete projects.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a multitype-adsorptive-group polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent, consisting of 30-60 wt % of a macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups and water, the macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups has a polyethylene glycol side chain, and adsorption groups of the polymer backbone include a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group and a phosphoric acid group, the phosphoric acid group being linked to the backbone of the macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups by nucleophilic addition. The water-reducing agent of the present invention has significantly improved adaptability to different cements and aggregates while maintaining a high water reduction efficiency, compared with the conventional polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent agent. It has a good water reducing efficiency in many different grades of cement, as well as a better resistance to aggregates containing more impurities such as machine-made sand.

The preparation method of the present invention comprises: performing Michael addition on polyethylene glycol ether acrylate macromonomer A and amino-containing carboxylic acid B for 5-12 hours, then cooling to 0° C., dropwise adding acryloyl chloride slowly and evenly, and further reacting for 12 hours at room temperature to obtain carboxyl-containing polyether macromonomer C; mixing the carboxyl-containing polyether macromonomer C, a small molecular RAFT reagent, an initiator, and water adequately; and holding the polymerization mass concentration at 30%-60% and heating to 60-80° C. in the atmosphere of N2 to react for 2-5 hours to obtain the polycarboxylate water reducer having a regular sequence structure.
