    Abstract: A preparation method for a nanocomposite fiber membrane material based on a bio-based liquefied formaldehyde resin is provided. A bio-based raw material is processed through a phenol/polyethylene glycol complex liquefaction process, followed by divalent alkali metal hydroxide high ortho-position induction synthesis resinification and modification with the polymer polyvinyl alcohol to create a spinnable precursor as PVA-BLF. Subsequently, a coaxial electrospinning device is utilized, where PVA-BLF serves as a core layer and a titanium dioxide dispersion is used as a shell layer, to fabricate a PVA-BLF/TiO2 nanocomposite fiber membrane material. The average diameter of the nanocomposite fiber membrane is 150-450 nm, and the specific surface area is 500-700 m2/g. The porosity exceeds 60%, and the fracture elongation ranges from 5.5% to 6.5%, demonstrating excellent filtration performance and excellent regeneration performance, which can be developed as adsorption materials for water and air purification.

    Abstract: Provided is a node diaphragm scraping and sorting device for a bamboo split, which is configured to scrape node diaphragms of the bamboo splits and to sequentially sort the bamboo inner layers and bamboo outer layers of the bamboo splits towards the same direction. The device includes a scraping device, a sorting device and a clamping and conveying device which are arranged from front to back along an axis. The scraping device includes a conical cylinder, two pressing semi-rings, and a scraping ring. The sorting device includes an e-shaped sleeve composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and two shifting forks located at both ends of the sleeve. The clamping and conveying device includes an inner ring moving on the axis, two clamping semi-rings and a conveying power device.     Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing nitrogen-containing activated carbon through ammonia activation, including: heating a carbonaceous raw material up to a switching temperature under a protective atmosphere; switching the protective atmosphere to an activator atmosphere at the switching temperature, and then heating up to an activation temperature; and carrying out an activation reaction at the activation temperature to obtain the nitrogen-containing activated carbon; where the protective atmosphere is one or more of nitrogen, argon and ammonia; and the activator atmosphere includes ammonia. In the present invention, the carbonaceous raw material is directly activated under the activator atmosphere, and nitrogen in ammonia and carbon in the raw material undergo an activation reaction to obtain the nitrogen-containing activated carbon. The method is extremely simple and convenient to operate, easy to implement, and has a relatively low cost.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a process for producing a composition comprising 4,4-dimethyl-6-isopropyl-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one. The composition of the invention is prepared by the oxidation of a 1,1-dimethyl-7-isopropyl -1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene raw material, which may be prepared by rearrangement and aromatization of longifolene. The invention also relates to perfume comprising the composition of the invention. The process uses organic acid salts of metals, including Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, and the like, as oxidizing catalysts to produce the compound, which has a floral odor that diffuses easily and is long lasting. The fragrance of 4,4-dimethyl-6-isopropyl-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one is similar to various natural essential oils and their mixtures. Due to both its floral and woody odor, the 4,4-dimethyl-6-isopropyl-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one compound can be advantageously used as an ingredient in various types of perfumery materials.
