    Abstract: A method for characterizing the interaction force between lignin and cellulase is provided. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparing a lignin solution, then dropwise adding the solution onto a silicon wafer, repeatedly spin-coating with a spin coater, and vacuum-drying the prepared lignin film; (2) modifying an AFM probe coated with a gold film on the surface with HS-PEG-COOH and then activating the carboxyl group, immersing the AFM probe after the carboxyl group activation in a PBS solution of cellulase for incubation, and after the modification is completed, placing the washed AFM probe in a PBS buffer solution for storage for later use; (3) testing the lignin-cellulase interaction force by using an AFM instrument in a liquid phase environment.

    Abstract: A preparation method for a nanocomposite fiber membrane material based on a bio-based liquefied formaldehyde resin is provided. A bio-based raw material is processed through a phenol/polyethylene glycol complex liquefaction process, followed by divalent alkali metal hydroxide high ortho-position induction synthesis resinification and modification with the polymer polyvinyl alcohol to create a spinnable precursor as PVA-BLF. Subsequently, a coaxial electrospinning device is utilized, where PVA-BLF serves as a core layer and a titanium dioxide dispersion is used as a shell layer, to fabricate a PVA-BLF/TiO2 nanocomposite fiber membrane material. The average diameter of the nanocomposite fiber membrane is 150-450 nm, and the specific surface area is 500-700 m2/g. The porosity exceeds 60%, and the fracture elongation ranges from 5.5% to 6.5%, demonstrating excellent filtration performance and excellent regeneration performance, which can be developed as adsorption materials for water and air purification.

    Abstract: A method for spraying Robinia pseudoacacia on exposed shale wall to efficiently and rapidly restore green and improve soil pH value is provided. External-soil spray seeding is used to spray mixed microorganisms, organic fertilizer, and soil on exposed shale walls with a green plant of Robinia pseudoacacia to efficiently and rapidly restore green and improve soil pH value. The mixed microorganisms include Kocuria sp. X-22, Microbacterium sp. X-26, Bacillus sp. X-28 and Microbacterium sp. X-18, and the mixed microorganisms are added to organic fertilizer and soil by fermentation broth. The weight ratio of mixed microorganisms, organic fertilizer and soil is 1:1:8. The method can promote the rapid growth of Robinia pseudoacacia on the exposed shale wall and significantly increase organic matter content, effective phosphorus content, and pH value of the Robinia pseudoacacia soil.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a strontium ferrite-based sacrificial mortar and its preparation method, the strontium ferrite-based sacrificial mortar mainly comprises 720-1000 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 100-300 parts of strontium ferrite, 600-650 parts of quartz sand, 400-450 parts of water and 0.01-35 parts of superplasticizer. The preparation process is simple, and the strontium ferrite-based sacrificial mortar can be prepared by using a conventional forced single horizontal shaft concrete mixer. The obtained mortar has excellent working performance, compressive strength and corrosion resistance. It can be used in the current third and future fourth generation nuclear power plant core catchers, and has obvious engineering application value.

The sacrificial concrete includes raw materials in parts by weight as follows: cement, 575˜625 parts; a quartz sand, 1200˜1300 parts; a hematite ore, 700˜800 parts; water, 200˜220 parts; a water reducing agent, 7˜10 parts; and strontium oxide, 0˜10 parts. The process of the preparation method is simple, and the sacrificial concrete with excellent performances of fluidity, strength and high-temperature resistance can be prepared by the known mixing technology. The sacrificial concrete can reduce releasing of radioactive substances 89Sr and 90Sr, so as to improve safety of nuclear power plants in case of a severe accident. Moreover, the sacrificial concrete can be used not only in a core catcher of current third generation nuclear power plant, but also in a core catcher of future fourth generation nuclear power plant, and has widespread engineering application value.
