Abstract: Value added service integrated settlement methods: (1) Firstly setup the transaction model of the integration settlement, that is put the settlement participants as the attribute main body of interface layer: provide data interaction between the inside and the outside of the system; service logical layer: complete the data collection, pretreatment, rule generation application, settlement process operation and settlement result management during the settlement process; data layer: data store based on database technology. (2) The settlement functions of the whole value added services are divided into different settlement processes, according to different models of service operation, different service process various types (short message, downloading, and movies), and different billing elements and settlement references. The same participants will take part in several services. The settlement elements will be put into different settlement processes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a configuration method for inter-module interfaces of billing and accounting system, the steps are as follows: 1) interface configuration method is stored in the billing and accounting system by a form of static library named as libcdr.a, it is an invoking relationship between a configuration engine of the inter-module interfaces and each functional module class, that is each functional module of the billing and accounting system invoking the configuration engine to complete an unified conversion transaction of input and output format; 2) automatic analysis of each service data is configurable; all configuration information is integrated in one unified configuration file cdr.ini, two types of data information transaction are supported in this configuration file: one is network element raw input data, other is standardized data in the system.

Abstract: An application method of On-line Charging System in Arrears Risk Control System: 1) The subsystem of OCS, Mediation, communicates with CC Client, receives a credit control request raised by the CC Client and processes with a fault-tolerant management. 2) The Credit Control analyses call request, identifies a type of service and request, selects necessary service transaction logic, and judges an authorized quota of the service, after receiving the quota, the Credit Control requests for real time forward modeling from the Rating. 3) After receiving a price of the service, the Credit Control requests real time inversion from the Rating and meanwhile transfers the price to the Rating. 4) The Rating requests account comparison from the Account after receiving the price. 5) The Account compares the price with a customer's account information to make decision of subsistence lock, if there is enough balance in the account, then the fee of the price will be deducted from the balance and then locked.
