Patents Assigned to Nankai Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha
  • Patent number: 5280810
Abstract: A heald frame comprises frame staves which provide upper and lower frame members and side stays which provide left and right frame members. A stabilizer rod is placed in parallel relationship with the frame staves and fixed to them by plural holders. The holders have plates on the top and bottom sides, and the frame staves and the stabilizer rod are interposed between the plates. The holders have a mount, which is positioned between the frame staves and the stabilizer rods. The mount can be fixed freely at any position on the frame stave. The stabilizer rod is pressed against the mount for fixing.

  • Patent number: 5005607
Abstract: A heald frame, constructed to have upper and lower framestaves and left and right side stays coupled to one another, the coupling between the framestaves and the side stays adjustable to increase or decrease the distance between the upper framestave and the lower framestave. The heald frame is also able to change the distance between upper and lower carrier rods, which are fixed to the upper and lower framestaves respectively, thereby permitting the adjustment of the distance between the ends of a multiplicity of healds which span a distance between the upper and lower carrier rods. The coupling is made from a side stay with a jointing convex part capable of being adjustably coupled to a holder. The adjustable jointing convex part and the holder, which are mounted together in the framestaves, are adapted to be fixed in a selected position.

  • Patent number: 5000229
Abstract: A coupler for coupling a detachable coupling between the edge of a frame stave of a heald frame and the distal end of a connecting rod of a shedding mechanism. Either the lower or upper edge of the frame stave is fixedly mounted to a body of the coupler which is in turn interlocked to the distal end of the connecting rod. The outer surface of the connecting rod interlock is retained by a clamp mounted on the body so that the connecting rod is prevented from moving outward from the body. The clamp is also provided with a manipulator lever which actuates the clamp for opening and closing motion.

  • Patent number: 4805345
Abstract: Sealing device for a door, which comprises a sealing element provided on the lower edge of the door and being in the upper position when the door is opened and moving down when the door is shut to eliminate the clearance between the door edge and the floor. The sealing element is supported by an oscillating lever, which rotates to make the sealing element move up and down.

  • Patent number: 4741367
Abstract: A heald frame formed in a square configuration by joining a pair of frame staves forming the top and bottom frame members and a pair of side stays forming the right and left frame members has generally four flexibly constructed joint joints of the frame staves and side stay to prevent breakage which may result during the operation on a high-speed loom. A projection at the end of the side stay is disposed interiorly with a spacer mounted thereto within the hollow frame stave and then secured with the spacer which is depressed inwardly so as to have a deformed shape, whereby the projection of the side stay and the inner wall of the frame stave will be securely joined by the spacer.

  • Patent number: 4349052
Abstract: A heald frame for looms comprises a frame structure and support members which support opposed lateral edges of the frame structure. The support members, together with vertically reciprocating drive units connected thereto, are installed in the loop. The frame structure is adapted to be removably attached to the support members, so that the frame structure can be simply attached to and detached from the loom. Intermediate stays are attached at suitable positions and extend between the upper and lower frame staves of the frame structure, while elastic members are disposed between the respective connecting portions of the frame staves and side stays of the frame structure.
