    Abstract: A device and a method of flattening recycled carbon fiber material are provided. A main body is provided with two flat plates at an upper and a lower positions corresponding to each other and an ultrasonic unit is disposed on each of the flat plates. While in use, recycled carbon fiber material is placed at the lower flat plate and then at least one ultrasonic probe of the ultrasonic unit is driven to work and vibrate the recycled carbon fiber material into a flat and thin state. After the flattened recycled carbon fiber material being pressurized to form products required, the product has flat and smooth surfaces with special textures. A thickness of the product can be controlled and the product can be thinned according to users' needs, without surface treatment such as grinding, polishing, etc. Thereby production cost is reduced and yield rate of the products is improved.

    Abstract: A gas permeable metal with a porosity gradient and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A second lamination layer and a third lamination layer are respectively connected to two opposite sides of a first lamination layer. A pore diameter of the first lamination layer is larger than that of the second lamination layer. Thereby while being applied to molds, a mold cavity is mounted in the second lamination layer with smaller pore diameter so that products formed have fine and smooth surfaces. The arrangement of the first lamination layer with larger pore diameter is used for effective escape of gas generated during product production process. According to production requirements for products, a pore diameter of the third lamination layer can be adjusted to be not larger than that of the first lamination layer. Thus mechanical strength and gas exhaust capacity can be balanced.

    Abstract: A sea wave generating device includes a floating base, a generating assembly, a driving assembly, and a guiding housing. The floating base includes a base body and a cover plate. The generating assembly is secured in the base body and includes a lower magnetic wheel and a power generator. The driving assembly includes an upper magnetic wheel and a blade wheel. The upper magnetic wheel and the lower magnetic wheel are attracted magnetically. The guiding housing is secured to the base body and rests on the cover plate. The guiding housing covers the blade wheel and the upper magnetic wheel. Thus, when the sea wave is introduced into the guiding housing, the seawater pushes the blade wheel which drives the upper magnetic wheel which drives the lower magnetic wheel which drives the power generator to generate an electric power.
