    Abstract: Disclosed are a counter electrode and a dye-sensitized solar cell. The dye-sensitized solar cell includes a photo electrode, the counter electrode and an electrolytic solution. The counter electrode is disposed correspondingly to the photo electrode. The counter electrode includes a conductive layer and a catalytic layer. The catalytic layer is formed on a surface of the conductive layer facing the photo electrode. The catalytic layer includes FeS2. The electrolytic solution is disposed between the photo electrode and the counter electrode. The present invention is capable of significantly decreasing manufacturing costs of the counter electrode and the dye-sensitized solar cell.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an interactive simulated-globe display system including an imaging body, N image-projecting units, a data processing unit, an optical pointer, and M image-capturing units where N and M are respectively a natural number. The N image-projecting units project N images onto an external hemispheric surface of the imaging body. The N images constitute a hemi-globe image of a whole globe image. The data processing unit detects an indicated spot projected on the external hemispheric surface by the M image-capturing units, judges if a track relative to the indicated spot meets one of a plurality of position input rules, and if YES, executes an instruction corresponding to said one position input rule.

    Abstract: A method for extracting IgY (?-livetin) from yolk is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: (A) providing a buffer solution, a yolk sample, and an inorganic salt solution; (B) diluting the yolk sample with the buffer solution to obtain a mixture, stirring the mixture for a predetermined time, and performing a centrifugation on the mixture to obtain a supernatant; and (C) adding the inorganic salt solution into the supernatant to salt out IgY, wherein a pH value of the buffer solution is in a range from 4.6 to 5.4, a salt concentration of the buffer solution is in a range from 0.05 M to 0.15 M, and a saturation degree of the inorganic salt solution is in a range from 30% to 60%.

The chiral diene ligand is a bicyclo[2.2.1] diene ligand having structural specificity and high stability, which favors the bicyclo[2.2.1] diene ligand to take part in asymmetric transformations, particularly an asymmetric addition reaction involving a metal catalyst in a basic environment. Most of the products of the reactions implemented by the chiral diene ligands of the present invention have superior optical activity. The method of the present invention comprises a first oxidation step, a saponification step, a second oxidation step, a deprotonation step, and a cross-coupling step. The chiral diene ligand of the present invention is very suitable to be used in the fabrication or synthesis of various chemicals and medical products.

    Abstract: A Chinese text readability assessing system analyzes and evaluates the readability of text data. A word segmentation module compares the text data with a corpus to obtain a plurality of word segments from the text data and provide part-of-speech settings corresponding to the word segments. A readability index analysis module analyzes the word segments and the part-of-speech settings based on readability indices to calculate index values of the readability indices in the text data. The index values are inputted to a readability mathematical model in a knowledge-evaluated training module, and the readability mathematical model produces a readability analysis result. Accordingly, the Chinese text readability assessing system of the present invention evaluates the readability of Chinese texts by word segmentation and the readability indices analysis in conjunction with the readability mathematical model.
