    Abstract: A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a non-natural plant in which expression of a gene of interest is induced and a method for producing the same. Particularly, the present invention relates to a non-natural plant in which the expression of the gene is stably induced even in the absence of a physical or chemical stimulus inducing the expression of the gene, and a method for producing the same. When the induction of the expression of the gene enhances a trait of a plant of interest, the present invention provides a non-natural plant in which the trait is enhanced and a method for producing the same. To solve the problem, a non-natural regenerated plant in which the expression of the gene is induced can be produced by forming a callus from a portion of the plant of interest and then subjecting the callus to a treatment by which the expression of the gene is induced.

The water inside each well flows through a discharge hole provided laterally at a lowermost portion of each well. The water unit is also used to breed the little fishes of the wells of the imaging plate.
