Abstract: A flashlight may be mounted on a hat or cap, positioned on a surface with any desired directionality and be secured to a metallic object by a magnet. A mounting clip is secured to the body of the flashlight and is rotatable and pivotable with respect to the body of the flashlight.
Abstract: Clip-on sunglasses for plastic eyeglass frames are shaped more like a bracket, with a nearly 90° bend to accommodate the thickness of plastic eyeglass frames. The ends of the bracket also angle for 45° towards each other to avoid hitting the nose piece of the plastic eyeglass frame. In the clip-on sunglasses, a latch controls two arms to rotate the arms up to a 45° angle with respect to a pair of plastic eyeglass frames. The arms are formed in three bent portions so as to extend away from an interconnecting rod portion. The three bent portions of the arms allows the latch to fit the shape of the plastic eyeglass frame along the bridge portion of the eyeglass frame as effectively as possible and minimizes movement of the clip-on sunglasses relative to the eyeglass frame.
Abstract: A bottle includes a secure sealing mechanism. A slide switch plate or rotatable plate maintains the contents of the bottle. This is achieved by securing a dispensing mechanism in a closed, locked position and sealing an outlet so that any liquids are prevented from exiting the bottle.

Abstract: A bottle includes a secure sealing mechanism. A twisting locking lid secured onto a bottle maintains the contents of the bottle. This is achieved by securing a dispensing mechanism in a closed, locked position and sealing an outlet so that any liquids being forced into a dispensing channel are held within the channel.
Abstract: A bin is slidably mounted on an attachment piece for mounting of the bin on a pegboard. The bin includes rod portions inter-engaging with two U-shaped arms located on the attachment piece. The bin is slidable at least three quarters of an inch from side to side with the rod frictionally engaging the U-shaped arms of the attachment piece.
Abstract: A funnel having a collection area disposed at one end of the funnel. A base surface of the collection area is flat. A flange surrounding an inlet opening is positioned spaced from the collection area. When the funnel is placed in a vertical orientation with the base surface of the collection area contacting a horizontal surface, a lowermost edge of the flange surrounding the inlet opening is aligned with the base surface of the collection area. The funnel is thereby supported in a vertical orientation on the horizontal surface by two contact points. Alternately, the base surface of the collection area may support the funnel vertically by itself. In this position, the residual fluid in the funnel is transferred by gravity to collect within the collection area. No residual fluid is allowed to escape from the interior of the funnel.
