Abstract: Seabed located storage for crude oil or other fluid, distinguished in that it is comprising a storage section in form of an oil and waterproof cloth formed as a flexible balloon that can be filled with, store and emptied for a storage fluid, a structure section formed as an external casing over the storage section, which structure section is closed in the upper part such that an upward close volume of size at least corresponding to the volume of the storage section is formed, but with openings to the surroundings in the lower part, an anchoring section formed as a substructure between the structure section and the seabed, with means for anchoring to or stable placement on the seabed, and a transfer section comprising pipes and valves for loading and unloading of a storage fluid, arranged in substance exterior to the upper part of the storage.

Abstract: A method and system for sea-based handling/treatment of fluid hydrocarbons (oil) with associated gas include a first separation step in a high-pressure separator (18) installed on the sea bed, from which is output an oil flow containing an essentially predefined percentage of residual gas. The oil containing residual gas is carried through a riser (22) up to a surface vessel/production ship (12), where it is subjected to a second separation step in a second separator (24) incorporated in a low-pressure surface plant on board the vessel (12), this separated residual gas being used as fuel for direct/indirect generation of electric power for the operation of the underwater and above-water sections of the system. Water and gas produced in the first separation step is returned to a suitable reservoir by the use of a multiphase pump.

Abstract: A method and a system for loading and storage of oil from a production platform on a tanker (FSO vessel) which is equipped with a dynamic positioning system (DP system), the oil being transferred via a loading hose extending between the platform and the tanker. The tanker when required is moved substantially along a circular arc which is predefined in relation to the platform, at the same time as the tanker by means of the DP system when required is turned about a defined point on the tanker, for achieving an optimum power consumption during the loading operation.

Abstract: A system for anchoring of a tanker near an offshore production unit (1) which is anchored by means of a number of anchor lines (2, 14) and associated anchors, and from which a tanker (3) in use of the system is supplied with oil or gas. The system comprises a first and a second pair of bottom-anchored buoys (13 resp. 15) located before or behind the production unit (1), as seen in the prevailing weather direction (W), and at a chosen distance from the production unit (1). The buoys (13) of the first pair are located closer to the production unit (1) than the buoys (15) of the second pair, and the buoys (13 resp. 15) of each pair has a chosen mutual distance transversely to said weather direction (W), so that a tanker (3) may be moored in the region between the buoys (13, 15) with the fore-and-aft direction essentially coinciding with said weather direction (W).

Abstract: A device for installation in a floating vessel which is intended for receiving a buoy or a turret in a submerged receiving space at the bottom of the vessel. The device comprises a tubular body (5) dimensioned for installation in a shaft (2) extending vertically through the hull of the vessel and which, at its lower end, is arranged to receive a module unit (6) provided with a through opening (8) for receiving the buoy/turret. When the module unit (6) is installed in the tubular body (5), the module unit at its lower end forms a seal (37) against the tubular body (5), and at its upper end the module unit (6) is fixed in relation to the tubular body (5) by locking means (40).
