Abstract: A facility state analyzing device includes: a measurement unit that measures a load on a facility and generates, based on a measurement condition, load information representing the load being measured; an extraction unit that extracts, from the load information generated by the measurement unit, dynamic load information representing a dynamic component of the load whose dynamic fluctuation degree with a lapse of time is equal to or more than a reference; a measurement condition determination unit that determines, based on temporal transition of the dynamic load information, the measurement condition indicating a time zone during which the load information is generated; and an analysis unit that analyzes the load applied on the facility, by using the load information generated based on the measurement condition, to efficiently increase accuracy in estimating the state of the facility on the basis of a situation of the load applied to the facility.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and apparatus for resource allocation for a control resource region in a wireless communication system. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method may include determining resource units each containing a predetermined number of resource blocks based on available transmission resources. Resource blocks not contained in the resource units are distributed in the available transmission resources to divide resource blocks contained in the resource units into a plurality of resource segments. The method also comprise allocating one or more of the determined resource units to the control resource region and transmitting resource allocation information indicating the allocated one or more of resource units. With embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an effective solution for resource allocation for control resource region.
Abstract: When a downlink bandwidth part (BWP) is switched from a first BWP to a second BWP without a change of a cell defining synchronization signal block (SSB), if a reference signal type for Radio Link Monitoring (RLM) is set to an SSB type, a radio terminal (12) continues to use for RLM measurements a first SSB associated with the first BWP after switching of the downlink BWP to the second BWP. This for example enables the radio terminal to monitor a suitable Reference Signal (RS) for RLM measurements after switching of the DL active BWP.
Abstract: Provided herein are methods, systems and computer program products for detecting tampering, comprising a sealing process and a seal verification process. The sealing process comprising analyzing a seal applied to seal an object as a tamper evident element, recording one or more manufacturing defects of the seal identified based on the analysis, each of the one or more manufacturing defects comprising one or more non-reproducible deviations from seal generation instructions used to produce the seal, and generating a signature comprising the one or more manufacturing defects. The seal verification process comprising obtaining the signature, analyzing the seal sealing the object, and determining whether the object is tampered based on a comparison between the analyzed seal and the signature.
Abstract: In order to minimize the impact of a delay (if any) that occurs when a process for detecting an object from a video takes time, and thereby achieve accurate tracking, the object detection/tracking device according to the present invention is provided with: an acquisition unit which acquires a video; a tracking unit which tracks an object in the video; a detection unit which detects an object in the video; an association unit which associates the same objects that have been detected and tracked in the same image in the video; and a correction unit which corrects the position of the tracked object using the position of the detected object, from among the associated objects.

Abstract: In a recovery level estimation device, an image acquisition means acquires images in which eyes of a patient are captured. An eye movement feature extraction means extracts an eye movement feature which is a feature of an eye movement based on the images. A recovery level estimation means estimates a recovery level of the patient based on the eye movement feature by using a recovery level estimation model which has been learned by machine learning in advance.
