    Abstract: In order to improve CS for both senders and receivers as customers and provide an efficient home delivery service, the delivery service provider receives an order of home delivery from the sender via the communication network and collects a relevant parcel. The delivery service provider sends information about the parcel to the receiver via the communication network, requests the receiver to designate a desired delivery time period, and then delivers the parcel during the designated time period.
