Abstract: A seismic observation device includes: a waveform acquisition unit that acquires waveform data for a predetermined period including an observation start time of a P wave; a delay time specifying unit that inputs the waveform data to a trained model and acquires, from the trained model, a delay time from the observation start time of the P wave to an observation start time of an S wave; and an observation time estimation unit that estimates the observation start time of the S wave based on the observation start time of the P wave and the delay time.
Abstract: An arithmetic apparatus includes a control unit that changes a first weighting coefficient assigned to a constraint term included in Hamiltonian so that the first weighting coefficient changes differently from a second weighting coefficient assigned to an objective term included in the Hamiltonian in process of reducing quantum fluctuations to obtain a ground state of the Hamiltonian used for solving a combinatorial optimization problem.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatuses for Control State Information (CSI) transmission. In example embodiments, a method implemented in a terminal device is provided. According to the method, in response to receiving DCI from a network device, a configuration for transmitting CSI to the network device is determined at least based on the DCI. The DCI indicates a CSI-RS for determining the CSI and timing information associated with the CSI. The CSI is determined by measuring the CSI-RS in response to receiving the CSI-RS from the network device. The CSI is transmitted to the network device based on the configuration.

Abstract: In a backdoor inspection apparatus, a static analysis unit executes static analysis processing for a backdoor on each code block included in target software to be inspected to thereby specify a first code block and a condition, the first code possibly being the backdoor and the first code block being executed under the condition. Next, the static analysis unit outputs the target software to which first information indicating the specified first code block is added and second information indicating the specified condition to a dynamic analysis unit. The dynamic analysis unit controls dynamic analysis processing for the backdoor performed on the target software to which the first information is added based on the first information and the second information.

Abstract: To enables to obtain difficult-to-predict random numbers without requiring a more complex circuit configuration, the random number generating circuit is configured to include a light output means, a light receiving means, a current/voltage converting means, a comparing means, a sampling means, and an output means. The light output means outputs light of a prescribed wavelength. The light receiving means receives the light and converts the same into current signals. The current/voltage converting means converts the current signals into voltage signals. The comparing means compares the voltage signals with a reference voltage and converts the voltage signals into binary signals. The sampling means samples, at a cycle set on the basis of the light noise frequency, the binary signals converted by the comparing means and converts the same into bit data. The output means outputs bit string data arranged in the order of conversion of the bit data.
Abstract: A communication system capable of dynamically changing an MME to serve in call processing in accordance with the load condition of the MMEs and the like is provided. A communication system of the present invention includes: communication control apparatuses (10) to (12); and a node apparatus (20) that executes call processing relating to a communication terminal with the communication control apparatuses (10) to (12). The communication control apparatuses (10) to (12) form a context sharing group that shares subscriber data of the communication terminal. The node apparatus (20) selects a first communication control apparatus in the context sharing group, and transmits a call processing message to the first communication control apparatus. The first communication control apparatus executes the call processing using the subscriber data shared in the context sharing group.

A model estimation unit uses input data and a state at multiple past times, to estimate the model by learning unknown elements of the first matrix and the unknown element of the second matrix.
