Patents Assigned to Neiman, S.A.
  • Patent number: 4258352
Abstract: A device is provided for controlling the electro-mechanical locking and unlocking member of a vehicle door lock and comprises a transmitter independent of the said vehicle and a receiver mounted inside the vehicle. The transmitter comprises a direct current electric supply source, a coded pulse signal generator drivable by said supply source, and an infra-red radiation emitter connected to said coded signal generator whereby said radiation emitter outputs infra-red pulses in coded form. The receiver comprises detector means for the reception of the infra-red pulses, a memory programed to emit coded pulses identical to said coded pulses from the emitter. A comparator coupled to the outputs of said detector means and said memory, and arranged to emit a signal in the case of agreement between the transmitter and receiver pulses, and an amplifier connected to the output of said comparator.

  • Patent number: 4049932
Abstract: A safety device for a rotary starter switch for an automobile vehicle, of the type comprising a non-rotatable part and a part which is rotatable with respect to the non-rotatable part about an axis of revolution. The safety device comprises elastically yieldable means connected to one of the two parts and a profile integral with the other part and constraining said elastically yieldable means to travel through two different paths depending on the direction of rotation, one of which paths has an anti-return abutment. Said elastically yieldable means comprise a spring blade so disposed as to be cooperative by its edge with said anti-return abutment.

  • Patent number: 4025740
Abstract: An anti-theft safety device for an automobile vehicle comprising a lock having a rotatable barrel cooperating with a key which has a cylindrical body and is provided with a driver of non-circular cross-sectional shape which cooperates with a cavity of complementary shape formed in the barrel. Said barrel actuates, in the course of its rotation, means for locking at least one device essential for the operation of the vehicle and means for closing electric circuits. A rotatable electric switch is provided therein which is driven by cooperation of an opening of the switch with a driver, of complementary profile, on the key, the last-mentioned driver having sufficient length to continue to cooperate with said opening when the key has been partially extracted from the barrel and the driver for the barrel no longer drives the barrel.

  • Patent number: 4018069
Abstract: A lock having a key-actuated rotary barrel. Said key comprises a holding head axially slidably mounted on a body which head has a radial abutment. The lock has a key entrance surface spaced from the key entrance of the barrel and said surface has a key inserting opening having at least one radial abutment cooperable with said radial abutment of the key head for an axial position of the key head with respect to the key body.
