The circular cutting edge is provided with at least one cutting slit, running from the cutting edge in a proximal direction of the elongated hollow member. The arrangement further comprises a rotational member configured to apply rotational movement to the hollow member, wherein the rotational movement is applied in accordance to a rotational procedure such that the hollow member is rotated in one direction a predefined amount of rotations, and thereafter rotated in an opposite direction the same amount of rotations.
