Abstract: The present invention relates to a building complex (100) of the type containing eight construction elements (2) for residential use, situated at a suitable relative distance so as not to create visible interference with each other. Each construction element (2) for living purposes has a square plan base (3), at least an internal patio element (4), and at least one entrance facade (5). Each construction element (2) for residential use comprises a series of carrying building structures (6) situated along the perimeter of each construction element (2) for residential use.
