Abstract: An interchangeable sanitary part in the form of a check valve including an outer housing (3) which can be inserted into a fluid line and has at least one peripheral seal (20, 21) on its outer circumference, which seals the outer housing (3) and the fluid line against each other. In order to avoid using additional O-rings, the at least one seal (20, 21) for providing linear or planar sealing is produced from the same material as the outer housing and forms a single element with the outer circumference of the housing. A least one peripheral sealing lip (8) located on the inner surface of the outer housing (3) is provided which is formed of the same material as the outer housing. The free end of the sealing lip (8) protrudes in such a way that, when the check valve is closed, the lip acts on the closing part (4) or the inner surface of the outer housing (3) in a sealing manner.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a jet regulator (1) having a jet fractionating device inside a mounting housing (6). The jet regulator (1) according to the present invention is characterized in that the mounting housing (6) is divided into at least two housing parts (7, 8), and that the housing parts (7, 8) can be connected to one another, and that a housing part (7) at the flow inlet side is connected fixedly and non-releasably with the jet fractionating device (2). The jet regulator (1) according to the present invention is distinguished by a high degree of shape stability and by manufacturing costs that are nonetheless low, even for small housing diameters (see FIG. 1).
Abstract: An insertion part is provided in the form of a back-flow preventer and which can be inserted in a gas or liquid line. An insertion part is also provided that can be inserted into a gas or liquid line in the form of a flow regulator. The insertion parts are characterizedin that they comprise an annular lip shaped part which, togther with its annular body, is held inside the housing and which has at least one controlling lip (9), with the controlling lip being displaced by the fluid, and/or at least one sealing lip (14). The insertion part can be used in a versatile manner and is characterized by the simple production thereof as well as by having a uniform and reliable functioning.

Abstract: A sanitary fitting (1) formed from a multi-wall housing (2) which can be inserted into a sanitary water pipe is provided that has at least two adjacent walls (6,7) surrounding an inner region (8). The fitting includes a checj valve , and one wall of the housing (2) is a tubular wall (7) formed of a flexible and/or elastic material. In order to relieve pressure when the check valve is closed and the fluid volume is sealed in on the outflow side, the housing walll (7) can be moved towards the adjacent housing wall (6), compressing the at least one inner region (8), or can be spaced apart from the adjacent housing wall (6) or moved away from same, enlarging the at least one inner region (8).
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the external coating of a plastic part that surrounds the armature outlet of a sanitary outlet armature. The present invention also relates to an outlet part that surrounds the armature outlet of a sanitary outlet armature. The characterizing feature of the present invention is that the outlet part is manufactured as a plastic part that bears on its outside, at least in a partial area, at least one layer of an adhesive film or hot-stamping film. The present invention enables an economical coating of a sanitary outlet part, this coating being distinguished by its long life span.
Abstract: A turning tool (5?) for turning a jet regulator, a nozzle, an intermediate holder, a flow regulator, a non-return valve or a similar plumbing fitting (5) is provided. The fitting (5), on the outlet side, is detachably held on a plumbing water outlet armature (2) by a threaded connection or a bayonet connection, whereby the turning tool (5?) can be placed on the plumbing fitting (5) in a rotationally fixed manner. Abstract: A sanitary washing unit (1) having a hand washing basin (1) and at least one sanitary outlet armature (3). The sanitary outlet armature (3) has at least two spaced apart outlet openings (4) to produce visually separated outward flowing water streams (5). The washing unit (1) of the invention has the feature that the longitudinal axes of the outlet openings (4) that determine outflow direction of the water streams (5) are arranged at such an angle that adjacent water streams (5) overlap at least in sections in the atmospheric area between the outlet opening (4) and the impact zone of the water streams (5) in the wash basin (2) or that the distance between the water streams increases. The risk of excessive splashing in the wash basin area is considerably reduced by the washing unit (1).
Abstract: The invention concerns a sanitary component (1) that has a jet regulating device (4) in the interior of a mounting housing (6). The jet regulating device (4) includes at least one directly-mounted element (5) housed in the mounting housing (6), this element being provided with ridges (11) transverse to the flow direction and defining between them passageways (12). The invention is characterized in that the ridges (11) of at least one directly mounted element (5) are arranged in the form of a grid or network and intersect at junction points. The component (1) according to the invention, which can be manufactured inexpensively, exhibits the best possible jet regulating characteristics, even if the transverse surface is relatively small; moreover, the component (1) according to the invention requires little maintenance, without any risk of malfunction resulting from dirt carried by the liquid flow.
Abstract: A cartridge insert for insertion in a fluid line is provided having a cartridge housing within which is located at least one backflow inhibitor and downstream at least one flow regulator. The backflow inhibitor has a closing element, which, in a closed position thereof, lies tightly sealed on a valve seat of the cartridge housing and which may be displaced from the closed position against a return force into an open position. A downstream guide pin projects from the closing element, and extends into a guide opening of a central regulator core of the flow regulator, and the flow regulator is formed from a regulator element made from an elastic material that surrounds the regulator core, which rests on an annular shoulder and defines a control gap, which changes with pressure between the above and an opposing enclosing wall.
