Abstract: A pressurized receptacle that dispenses viscous product from a container that has a dispensing valve. The dispensing valve has a valve pot that is secured in the container opening which seats a spring that biases a dispensing stack and a valve element to a closed position. The biasing position can be selectively overcome by a rotary collar that interacts with a helical ramp that can house at least one stud that drives the dispensing stack and thereby the valve element open to allow dispensation to occur.

Abstract: An improved display is disclosed for a dispensing machine having a plurality of switches for dispensing a plurality of products. The improved display comprises a plurality of illuminators located in proximity to the plurality of switches. A decorative panel indicates the types of the plurality of products for dispensing by the dispensing machine. A mounting fixes the decorative panel for enabling the plurality of illuminators to illuminate the decorative panel. A control is connected to the plurality of switches for energizing the plurality of illuminators in response to an actuation of a selected one of the plurality of switches for indicating the dispensing of one of the plurality of products by the dispensing machine.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising a mixture of a soluble foamer ingredient and a soluble beverage or foodstuffs ingredient having a retarded solubility. The soluble foamer ingredient upon addition of a liquid induces the formation of or forms a foam this is achieved by an ingredient comprising a matrix and a gas under pressure. The soluble beverage or foodstuffs ingredient, which may be in the form of a powder is prepared in such a way that the solubility is retarded. Upon addition of a liquid the foamer and the beverage or foodstuff are separated before being dissolved resulting in a nice and neat physical separation in two layers, which is best visible if the colour of the foamer and beverage or foodstuffs powder are different. The present invention more specifically relates to a soluble cappuccino powder, which upon reconstitution results in a beverage with a large amount of white foam.

Abstract: A process for making a frozen confectionery product by providing a mold with closed and opened ends in a refrigerated environment, filling the mold with a liquid mix to form a shell, removing non-solidified liquid mix from the mold, pressure-filling the shell in the mold with a frozen confection, inserting a stick in the frozen confection, removing the product from the mold and packing the resulting product. In such process, inclusions may be homogeneously distributed in the liquid mix or in the frozen confection or can be accumulated on the top of the frozen confection after filling the mold. The resulting product, a molded ice confectionery stick bar, is also an embodiment of the invention.
