Abstract: An electronic flash memory external storage method and device for data processing system includes firmware which directly controls the access of electronic storage media and implements standard interface functions, adopts particular reading and writing formats of the external storage media, receives power via USB, externally stores data by flash memory and access control circuit with the cooperation of the firmware and the driver with the operating system, and has write-protection so that the data can be safely transferred. The method according to present invention is highly efficient and all parts involved are assembled as a monolithic piece so that it has large-capacity with small size and high speed. The device operates in static state and is driven by software. It is plug-and-play and adapted to data processing system.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of realizing automatic executing and starting host computer by using semiconductor storage device. By judging the characteristics of the operating system of the host computer, the method determines the type of the operating system of the host computer or the status of the host computer, determines the time condition of invoking the automatic executing function or starting host computer function, and triggering the invoking of relevant functions according to determined time or conditions to realize, without any assistance of users, that semiconductor storage device leads the operating system of the host computer to finish the staring host computer function and to finish the automatic executing function by triggering the automatic executing means of the host computer when the host computer has been starting up and prepares for automatic execution.
Abstract: The invention discloses a system for controlling household digital equipment based on wireless. The system comprises a remote device and receiving devices. The remote device sends controlling commands in wireless mode and provides at least two kinds of wireless communication modes. The receiving devices can communicate in the said wireless communication mode, can receive the controlling commands, which are sent by the remote device and can make the household digital equipment perform the controlling commands. The remote device selects the corresponding wireless communication mode according to the controlling commands and communicates with the receiving devices by the selected wireless communication mode.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of data management for a flash memory medium, characterized in that the status flag of the memory block of said flash memory medium is set as an unfinished state during operating the memory block; after finishing the manipulation, the status flag is set from the unfinished to a finished state. This method ensures that the original data in the flash memory medium will not be lost even if the false power cut occurs when writing the data into the flash memory medium. The present invention also provides a method of writing and a method of recovering the data in the flash memory medium using the above-mentioned data management method.
